Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesNothing that we didn't like about the accommodation. But for first time visitors be aware of holidays that we may not be used to celebrating as national holidays in the USA. Whit Sunday and Ascension Day are very popular in Austria holidays and the trains and buses get packed! So reservations are necessary for the trains...and you might have to wait for a 2nd bus if they are full. So check your calendar for these holidays when you are planning and booking your stay so your are prepared.
Our hosts were very accommodating. They emailed us the Sommar guest card for us to use to take the local bus from the train station to the pension on our arrival day. They also lent us their trekking poles so we could hike in the mountains nearby. Very friendly, helpful with sharing local hiking information, restaurants, etc. The breakfast each morning offered a variety of choices. Our room had a balcony to view the Dachstein mountain behind the property and a kitchenette with large windows to view the surrounding mountains and valley landscape. Glorious setting! Did I mention that the bus stop was less than a minute walk away. For travellers by train (to Schladming) and local bus it was easy to access numerous stops in Ramsau and take the bus to the top of the Dachstein to the glacier. We highly recommend this pension! This is our 2nd visit and we home we can return again. The attached photo is the view from our kitchenette room in the front of the pension.

Czech RepublicIt’s a perfect place 10-15min to Schladming ski resorts, staff is super nice, they’re waiting to welcome us when we’re arriving late around midnight and still talked to us so friendly and giving us advise where to go with our first time skier. Like a big funny plus I like the speaker built in the bathroom! Everything was clean and new, kitchen fully equipped, separate bedroom, two tvs, bath and shower as well.

Absolutely fantastic breakfast, very rich and tasty. The owners were pleasant and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.
