The glass partition in the bathroom (albeit with a film covering) takes some getting used to and limits privacy. The downside of the central location is that the front-facing rooms are noisier (traffic during the day and some pedestrians at night).

Central location with good infrastructure. Rooms are clean, modern, and have excellent beds. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Easy access even outside of operating hours.

Breakfast was great - loved the flavoured croissants! The reception staff were very helpful. The location was great for the old town with shops & restaurants, and about 15 mins walk from the train station. Air conditioning worked well - essential with high temperatures

They changed the breakfast option from buffet to croissants and sweet cereals, which is not our cup of tea for various reasons.

Exceptionally friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating staff. Awesome balcony, breathtaking view, spacious room, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. The hotel is situated next to the river and quite central so public transportation can be reached easily as well as sights, shopping and restaurants.

Staff was friendly especially the gentleman at the front when we checked in. Room was clean and spacious enough for 4 people. Breakfast was good. The paid parking behind the building was easy. Location is the best with less than 10 min walk to the golden roof. Recommended.

Perhaps the open-concept shower? As it leaves the toilet floor wet, predisposing those with mobility issues to slips and falls. Nonetheless, not that big of a deal, really. Hotel was a really good place to stay!

They waited for me despite my very late check-in! And they do have a self-check-in option in case you come in really late. Location is very central - very near the city centre (although a bit of a distance from the train station, but still works! very walkable if no heavy luggage).

“Basic” doesn’t do it justice, I would rather say it’s minimalist but in a good way. One has all the necessary amenities for a cozy stay. Nicely and simply decorated, with a spacious balcony and easy to access bike parking facilities it was the perfect stay for my trip to Innsbruck.

Only complaint was the hair dryer. I had to ask for a second one they keep in storage because the one on the wall in my room overheated.

The front desk staff was very helpful and kind. I also found the location to be perfect. It was away from the noise of the central tourist district but within a 3 minute walk of that area. There is a phenomenal grocery store behind the hotel.

Everything was great for me

Initially this does look like a quite basic hotel but the room I had was very very good. It had a balcony overlooking the riverside area and the mountains beyond. Surprisingly spacious and beautifully clean.

Great location near the old city and the Inn river. A very good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. Very clean and quiet we didn’t hear any noise from the Main Street below. We reserved a car parking spot in advance and it was very well organized
