Noise at the front of the building in the evening and sometimes at night, During our stay, fire alarm has been activated in 4.00 and 5.00 am, two days. We got off the bad with panic, however, both were false activation. 😁

Nice place to stay, in tbe center, very close to cityexpress, near to the restaurants and markets. Clean and comfortable.

The apartment could have been cleaner: the floors need extra scrubbing, the couch smells of dust/old fabric, the bathroom was not very clean. The couch outside is great but the fabric felt dirty.

The location - in the middle of Zell am See, A nice spacious balcony! Good dark curtains.

Noisy. Partying in the streets/bars/clubs underneath could be heard until 2am or so. Kept me awake and i had to use earphones to drown out the noise. Probably fine for Adults who are part of the party, however i was on holiday with a 9 year old and was looking for early nights. Smell in the apartment 12. Not sure what was causing this, but got used to it once inside, just a strong waft upon entry.

5 minute walk to City Express Ski Lift - Perfect location with ski/boot locker room. And the main Ski Bus stop Postplatz only a 5min walk also. Lovely bathroom facilities. Kitchenette adequate for breakfast etc., washing up liquid etc all supplied. We chose to eat out lunch and dinner times. Right in the hub of restaurants plentiful options in Zell Am See. Had a small issue with Kitchen electrics, staff came out within 15 minutes and fixed. Always answered the phone which was a good service.

It was too small for a family with 4 kids and the kitchen can't even be called kitchen. There are only 3 forks and 4 spoons, no space to prepare food. No dishwasher. One kitchentowel for a four days stay is by far not enough when you have to do the washing by hand. It was a bit too loudy at night and unfortunately the bathroom wasn't very clean.

It was really in the city, that is great.

The main concern was disco next door, which runs till the night (2 AM) and I was able to clearly hear which song they are currently playing even over closed windows. Also the smell on a floor from the downstairs restaurant was annoying, but hopefully it stayed only on the corridor. This is big flaw of this apartment, which is otherwise great. Also missing some hangers next to sink. Wifi is poor. They do not have Summer card -> with that you can save a lot of money on the cable cabins, boats, etc. They provide only Guest card which gets you 5 to 10% discount.

The apartment was spacious, nicely reconstructed. Kitchen well equipped only missing the cheese grinder :) Comfy beds, spacious rooms, huge cabinet. If you are 4, it will be a bit crowded, but still good value for money.

Lack of kitchenware such as cutlery and plates meaning dishwasher needed to be run twice daily. Only a microwave and grill. Better pillows should be provided. Ski locker room too small for the number of people staying at the apartment block.

The property is in a lively central earlier, which is convenient for accessing both the town and the ski area; however, I would warn families staying in this accommodation that it is possible that you would be impacted by noise from the nearby local bars on some days.

Property was as advertised in a central location with good proximity to the Schmittenhohe ski area. The property office is no longer located near to the accommodation, but they arrange for keys to be collected from a secure lockbox.

Very small appartement. We could not have breakfast with the three of us on one table. The chairs were 15 cm too small/short.

The owner's treatment was very bad. And they asked me to fill out the data online to withdraw the city tax amount. The tax amount was withdrawn from me, and an amount of 200 EUR was withdrawn from me in addition to the reservation amount. They stated that it was a mistake and it has not been refunded yet. Also, there is a malfunction in the laundry and I was not able to take out clothes until the next day👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Great location right in the heart of Zell Am See, comfy beds, was great to come home to at the end of each day. I want to give a huge thanks to Vera for answering any questions I had and her recommendations while there on my holiday. Fantastic customer service.
