Super large room

No trash bin in the room, except a small one in the bathroom. Body wash was so small and was not enough for a 3 night stay. Coffee was limited, only 2 sachets for 3 nights ☹️

Very good comfort / price ratio. Really nice variant for business trip! My room had small kitchen and enough dishes, I really appreciate that!

I had to end my stay earlier and first I was confused by personal: I've been told that it is possible to make partial money return. But then it turned out that I cannot. Failed expectation is not cool.

The lady at reception that checked me in was very nice and very professional.

They should update their listing with booking.com to correct outdated info. My email from Booking says checkin starts at 12 noon, but apparently this is not correct. It is something later. They should also update the hotel's email address, so that when we click the link in the confirmation email that says "email the hotel" it actually goes to a valid email address that they read. I would also suggest that if no one is present at reception and the doors are locked, they could post a note saying "be back at 1pm" or something like that. That would help avoid confusion and stress if a guest arrives when no one is there.

Convenient location, easy check in. Clean and nice rooms with a kitchenette. Balcony with a great view on the green inner yard.

Staff was amazing, helpful and very kind.

The hotel is located near tram stop close to the city center (10 minutes walk) and is in the normal building (old fashion - which I like). For the short stay is perfect. The staff was veru nice. Breakfast is optional, the offer is little bit limited but if you need coffee and something small, it is OK.

From this point of view, I was satisfied.

The beds are very uncomfortable and it was cold. There is no heating, no carpets and also no extra blankets, I had to sleep in my jacket. The view of the garden would have been nice, but the blinds on the balcony door were stuck in a closed position, so there was no view and it was very dark during the day unless you keep the door wide open (which you couldn't do because of the cold)

Excellent little hotel off the beaten track but comfortable and neat.

The location, cleanliness, the staff, the price, the option for single traveler, the kitchenette, big balcony, the whole room’s space overall, and the minibar and cutlery they provided me with.

Nothing, it was well organized, had no curfew, the cleaning person would be coming only if and when I needed to, to also change the beddings or towels whenever if I felt the need to, so no, no issues whatsoever, they even had breakfast option available when checking in, which I did not know about beforehand.
