I had to end my stay earlier and first I was confused by personal: I've been told that it is possible to make partial money return. But then it turned out that I cannot. Failed expectation is not cool.

Very good comfort / price ratio. Really nice variant for business trip! My room had small kitchen and enough dishes, I really appreciate that!

They should update their listing with booking.com to correct outdated info. My email from Booking says checkin starts at 12 noon, but apparently this is not correct. It is something later. They should also update the hotel's email address, so that when we click the link in the confirmation email that says "email the hotel" it actually goes to a valid email address that they read. I would also suggest that if no one is present at reception and the doors are locked, they could post a note saying "be back at 1pm" or something like that. That would help avoid confusion and stress if a guest arrives when no one is there.

From this point of view, I was satisfied.

The hotel is located near tram stop close to the city center (10 minutes walk) and is in the normal building (old fashion - which I like). For the short stay is perfect. The staff was veru nice. Breakfast is optional, the offer is little bit limited but if you need coffee and something small, it is OK.

The beds are very uncomfortable and it was cold. There is no heating, no carpets and also no extra blankets, I had to sleep in my jacket. The view of the garden would have been nice, but the blinds on the balcony door were stuck in a closed position, so there was no view and it was very dark during the day unless you keep the door wide open (which you couldn't do because of the cold)

The curtain shower was dirty with mold or something else since it was near the toilet. During working days, the church bells can be heard as well as the tram.

Trams were a bit noisy. Breakfast is a bit pricey for what you get -- there is a supermarket just around the corner which would have been a better option.

There was no info about paying and no price list for snacks and drinks in the room (but the service was understanding and didn't charge for the eaten food).

Cigarette smell coming through vent into the bathroom sometimes. Upgraded room didn't have a balcony, but was much much larger, so that didn't bother me, but good to know if you were specifically after a balcony.

Was upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely! Very easy self check in - there is a key lockbox below the hotel sign found to the right of the front door (see my photo with hotel front door in background) with very clear instructions through BC messaging. Pay city tax in cash on departure. Microwave, fridge and kettle in room. Nice city views. Easy to walk everywhere. 12min walk from Flixbus stop (Graz - Girardigasse). 10min walk to the main bus station if you need transport to Flixbus stop Webling.

No real view, just old buildings. Bit expensive for my stay at over €110 pn considering it's not Central at all. But that was the price at the time. No shower cubicle, could flood bathroom if not careful. Bus / train terminal taxi cost me 14 €.

Nice welcoming staff. Clean, large comfortable room, suitable for wheelchair, no steps anywhere. Tiny kitchenette, supermarket a 4 min walk. If you're budget conscious and get this at a very good price, go for it. Breakfast cost extra, I didn't try it as I don't eat until after 12pm.

Location was just a little far from the centre, but for the price it is ideal. Also the tram goes to the centre or it is a 8 min walk

Nice clean convenience place to stay. Had a small kitchenette with some facilities. Staff were helpful by phone when I thought i locked myself out of my room.
