While the property isn't located in Vienna's city center, the metro station is very close, and you can easily reach major squares in about 15 minutes. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the property, and the interior was also very nicely designed. The staff were nice and friendly.

I say this because I was disappointed in my 2nd accommodation in the same place in the last month. On the first accommodation I gave a grade of 9. Sheet with stains on it. Although I paid upgrade (15 euros extra) for a room with a kingsize bed (180*200) I received a room in which the 2 beds were appropriate and put a double bed sheet over them - for the 15 euros I could have brought the beds closer. Otherwise as I said before, the cleaning staff still needs to work. I was also disappointed because at the secondary elevator (in the secondary exit area to the street) (the next exit after the reception on the stairs down) there was a street person preparing his joints.

Close to the metro! Parking ok 18 euros/day. Last time there were 2 little bags of jelly beans on the bed - a nice gesture. This time there weren't.

It was a very hot day. We arrived to the hotel earlier than 3:00 p.m. and expected to receive a room a little bit earlier. We needed a refreshing shower to continue our day. But the stuff of the hotel made us wait almost till 3:00 p.m. it was a feeling that they don't try to make something for us

The breakfast was wonderful. Very rich and enjoying. The location is quite Central. The room was clean and cozy.

However, the shower pressure was quite weak, which was a bit frustrating. The curtains didn’t fully cover the windows, so the room stayed bright during the night and early morning, making it harder to sleep.

A good place to stay in Vienna. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient: close to public transport and even a great hot yoga studio nearby.

We had two rooms opposite each other. One had aircon which functioned fine and was nice and cool (it was very hot outside). The other room had the sun beating against the windows each evening, and got very hot even thought we kept the the blinds and curtains closed . The aircon was not nearly powerful enough to cool the room down, even by the next morning it was still warm. So it was basically like not having aircon which led to not great sleep. The hotel were very responsive about sending someone to have a look to make sure it was working properly, which it was - it just wasn't powerful enough. They werent able to move us as were fully booked. So if you are going during a warm spell, I would ask for a room on the side of the hotel where the sun doesnt set, to avoid being in the same situation!

Hotel was very good for a few days, clean and staff are very helpful. There is a pool table downstairs in the bar which was great. The rooms are ok sizes for a city hotel, and comfy and clean. The area is right next to a big shopping centre with a great supermarket, and a cinema. It is 2 mins walk from the underground from where you can get anywhere in Vienna, and also very close to bustops. Would stay there again, IF they promised a room with better aircon...

18 euro a night for parking is highway robbery. The car park is a rabbit warren; it has many entrance gates, (it's like four parks in one), you really need to remember where you park, it's easy to get lost, there are many lifts to access the park, I suggest always using the same lift! No kettle in the room. (This is important to us, please offer a kettle on request). We booked with Booking.com. The information the hotel requires takes some inputting and time and is a repeat of my booking information! Much patience is required at the front desk.

The room was like new and very clean (immaculate); they have the best housekeeping staff; they visit daily if you need your towels changed. Very comfortable bed. Soap, shampoo, cotton buds, etc. supplied. Good workstation. Bar fridge. Proximity to subway (5 mins walk). Shopping mall very close with everything (supermarket, etc.). We chose this hotel for its position almost next to the subway, quick trip into Vienna. We didn't eat in the hotel. Good price to value ratio. Front desk staff are excellent and helpful.

Air conditioning system needs some checks. The unit was too weak to cool down the room, which was on a sunny side of the hotel, however as there were frequent showers, temperatures were quite low for July saving our night sleep with open windows.

As always The Lounge, friendly & helpful staff, fantastic breakfast, view on a roof top garden ensuring quiet resting, public transport minute away, supermarket in the same building, fine restaurants nearby (eg Mike's) overall another great staying.

No staircase access (not an easy one) for people who want to access rooms by stairs. Could be improved with a key fob card or similar.

There is a clear septic pipe issue which causes a pretty bad smell permeating from hotel bathroom. Many reviews mention it. I would recommend checking the room first to see if it has this issue and then switching rooms if possible.

I'm not sure how common this is in Europe, but they didn't have a laundry room. The staff was helpful in providing us with information on where to find a laundry place (two blocks away). The laundry place was amazing, so it was worth the walk
