Value for money if you visit Vienna with a car, plenty of onsite parking space and only 5 mins walk away from underground station.

Breakfast is a little expensive ($18 USD). No elevator to 3rd floor or effective A/C. (This visit I stayed on 1st floor which was great!)

Charming, European style hotel. Lots of storage to unpack. Clean, great location to subway, bus stops, groceries and a couple restaurants. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The aircon wasn't working when we check-in late, had to get it turned on from the reception the next day. The bathroom had a weird smell, couldn't figure out why, it seemed like the extractor fan wasn't working maybe.

Room was big and clean (super clean). Kitchenette in the room was big plus. Hotel is close to train station.

wifi code expires and I don't know the exact expiration time so have to ask for a code everyday if I want to use it that day. And there is no automatic tools to get the code, only going to the reception.

The colours. The building was as in the pictures. But, for me, the yellow was too much for me.

The room was clean and perfect, the staff are helpfull. The park area is perfect with two gates.

Overall, breakfast was okay; it would be nice to have some hot meals, as there were only boiled eggs. Some sausage and canned beans would be enough.

The staff was very nice, and the rooms were clean and cozy. Our 2-year-old really enjoyed the small green area next to the main entrance.

they have type2 EV charger (unfortunately only 3P11kW, which is 3.7kW for 1P), have a small kitchenette with microwave at first floor, U-bahn is super close, we could book last minute (3 hours before arriving to Wien).

Lacks a couple of basic utensils in the kitchenette, like coffee maker or at least a kettle.

We travelled by car so it was important to have secure parking. The locations is literally minutes from U station. The room was very clean, comfortable, the heating was good. Extremely quiet place The staff at the reception were nice and helpful.

Great hotel with nice stuff, big and clean rooms, free parking lot for hotel guests, perfect location with everything you need in the area. U-Bahn is only a short (3 minute) walk from the hotel. Hotel is located in a quiet part of the town.

Great location, close to U bahn. It is especially suitable if you plan to go to the stadium or Prater. Late check in worked great. Free parking. Staff was very friendly, immediately addressed our requests.

The room we got had a broken air conditioner and it was unbearably hot because of the windows, plus the view was on a mechanical shop (?) that woke us at 5 and was really loud so we couldn’t go back to sleep. After 1 day we got a different room.

The hotel is very pretty, near a very nice neighborhood, with a small shopping center, but great natural beauty. It's very very close, to the metro station (U2) that takes you to the center. We booked this hotel for the Eras Tour concert, and it is very very close to the stadium. The girls working there are very sweet and lovely, and gave us free friendship bracelets and taylor swift stickers, and had gathered all the places that provided free services for the Swifties, and informed us. They speak very good English too. The room was very nice and cozy and had air-conditioning. It was easy to find the hotel, only about 20-25 mins from the airport with an uber. We booked breakfast for our first two days and it was a nice small buffet, but it wasn't lacking anything, and everything was well cooked and fresh. Overall, my friends and I really liked our stay there, and we will seek it again when we visit Vienna next time.

There was not hot water in the morning. Water pressure was below critical in the bathroom. The breakfast was really poor.
