How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Way to environment and climate focus..... no daily housekeeping.
Amazing hotel close to Westbanhoff and 10 min to walking street. Well equipped, clean and cosy. Delicious 😋 breakfast. Handcraft beer at bar.

The room we stayed in was one of the most bland rooms we have ever stayed in…plain white ceiling and walls, white, mild grey curtains…everything white….there was nothing on the walls...no frames or art work….felt little weird. Also there wasn't enough wardrobe space. The hotel is located on a very busy road with heavy traffic and our room was facing to that road. The room itself didn’t feel specious for a triple occupancy. Also the bathtub felt quite small.
The location of the hotel is OK from Vienna city center and major tourists attractions. The Westbahnof metro station is about 12 minutes walk from the hotel. There is also a tram stop located nearby. The room and bathroom were clean, the toiletries were good. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel and also didn’t see many people eating their breakfast there. The staff is friendly and helpful.

No mini fridge in the room, had to carry my stuff to reception to put it into their fridge.
Nice location, clean rooms, decent level of comfort, friendly staff. Absolutely mind blowing breakfast - nice and bright space, good food and variety of it.

For the hotel price, parking in the hotel’s own parking should be included or at least hotel guests could have a better price.

The bathroom cleaning could be better. For me it wasn’t clear why, even though we requested a bedroom for three people, we only got two beds.
The beds were really comfortable Good position of the hotel and staff was really nice and professional.

The cooling of the room was very slow, the room fridge wasn’t cooling even after they replaced it the said it does work but you could barely notice it .
The property was dissent , 10 minutes walk to my main interest street

This would have been the perfect bang for buck bar one thing. The TV. You can't mirror your phone or pc to it. I suspect it's most likely in retail mode. It isn't connected to the WIFI either.
For the price, it's really good. Room was clean, staff were nice and it's a decent location.

Bathroom tub was having marks, apart from that rest everything was good.
Overall it was good experience staying in the hotel. Rooms are spacious with good comfortable beds and other facilities. Breakfasts also have many options.

Didn’t change towels unless we ask it at reception. Cleaning can be better. People at reception desk are polite and helpful, but not so efficient- we got 3 different informations about our room from 3 different people at the reception.
Good hotel, in general. Location is great, breakfast is good. Staff really nice

1. We got to the hotel 2.15 although the check in was at 3, so we waited. In the end, our room was not ready till 3.40 due to some problem reception told us. 2. The sink in the room was blocked so we couldn't let water run for more than a few seconds at a time. 3. Our room was in a separate little area of the second floor with only 2 other rooms. One of which was a rented apartment and the little area smelt very bad every day because the tenants kept leaving their rubbish outside their front door which was right next to ours. Complained to reception two days in a row but not much else we could do.
The hotel was nice, and the room and beds were comfortable for a family of three.

The confort and size of the room for this price was really good. We were travelling with 2 kids and a couple of fiends. They gave us an apartment togueter and the staff are really amazing. Breakfest was good and parking is a little tight but also good.

We really like the hotel and the stuff, everyone was friendly and room was great and clean. While all the furnitures are 90’ style, everything was super clean and felt comfortable. Also they have parking area and charging stations really close to hotel.

The location in not so good and will require a car or public tranaportaion to enjoy the city In my case the rooms wasn't ready on time.

Unfortunately the air-conditioning system failed on the 2 nights I was there and it was very hot on those 2 days around 35 C/90 F, the staff couldn't do anything about it and it wasn't their fault but I wish I had known at check in and would've gone somewhere else but once settled in, it is tough to move, the windows opened made it more bearable but I wish the owners to address their air conditioning although I suppose most of Europe is facing the same summer dilemma. Hotels may need to provide refunds or return stay vouchers if this happens in the USA
The staff is amazing, manager Hakan and breakfast staff Erhan were very good, breakfast was amazing, the staff were all very friendly and the service was exceptional. The Donerneister restaurant across the street is amazing and everything to see is within a 30 min walk away. The stay was great because of tge staff
