Hotel manager Matthias was so welcomming and really really nice and helpful. If we are in the area, we will come back another time just because he was so friendly and service minded. The hotel was placed in walking distance to town, og right besides the river, so we had some nice hikes. Great breakfast. Very dog friendly.

Absolutely nothing

Everything! The location, the view, the atmosphere. The traditional mountain design, the quietness, the attention to details. But what has been really priceless was the staff! Mathias is the kindest host you can meet, very professional and welcoming everyday with us but even more important with our dog! We really look forward to come back!

It's slightly out of the town centre but only a 10 min walk which was straight forward.

Lovely apartment with all the amenities you would require. Kitchen area, lounge, bedroom and bathroom and balcony with a beautiful view. The owner was very accommodating and even served us beer upon arrival. The use of the garage was perfect for our motorbikes. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Spullersee Appartments for a week. The appartment was very clean and spacious, and well equipped to our needs. It is 5 minuets walk from Lech center, and it is just next to the bus stop. Silva was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much, and will be back for sure!

A microwave would have been a plus, though we did fine making dinners with just the stovetop. An HDMI cable would have been nice to have to connect the TV to our laptop (their cable is connected with an older style cable cord, so couldn't use that).

We stayed in the two bedroom, two bathroom unit (family of 4) and it was excellent. Better than I expected from the pictures. It was a pleasant eight minute walk to the center of town / lifts - short enough that we didn't bother trying to take the bus. Very clean and comfortable.

We found the cost was very high for a week, but understand we were paying for a stay in Lech, Austria.

We loved the location of the apartment and the warm welcome. The apartment staff welcomed our dog and made us feel very comfortable. They provided a dog bed, treats, bowls, and poop bags, plus daily cleaning. We were able to enjoy the hiking paths for a walk with our dog. The apartment has a bus stop that took you directly to the ski lifts. The kitchen did not have an oven, but the staff stated they would cook our dish in their oven as needed. Overall, we enjoyed a wonderful stay in Lech. For extra costs, please note the tax was about 18 Euro per day, 15 Euros day to park underground, and 35 Euros a day for a dog. Parking was free if you parked above ground outside of the apartment. There was no board included in the price for our stay.

The Kitchen could have been a bit bigger and have some more utensils (at least one more cutting board). We cooked for 4 each day and it was tight. Internet access was a bit slow for streaming services.

The views over Lech and the mountains are wonderful. Quiet location just 5 minutes walk from the village center and with the bus right outside the hotel door. We ate breakfast in our appartment, using the excellent "Brötchen service" giving us fresh bread every morning. Beautiful hotel and very nice carpets! Separate Ski-lockers for each room making the equipment a bit more safe.

We got a warm welcome from the staff, when we arrived. A great room with balcony and view to the river and the mountains, an option to park our car in the garage. The room was beautiful, well equipped. There was also a sauna in the building but we didn’t have time to use it.

We were surprised about the quality of the facilities. They look really new and very well decorated. The location has incredible views to the mountain, and it’s only 3-5min walk to the very centre of Lech. Appartments are well equipped. Decoration is nice and furniture is not old. We found the service exceptional and very attentive. During Summer, only breakfast is served, but we found plenty of options for dinner in the center.

It was an aboslut fabolous stay like always!!! The team is incredible kind, helpful, friendly. We have seen many places all over the world but you get the feeling your are at home and everything is very uncomplicated. The location is central annd directly at the river. We stayed at the hotel as a family and had a wonderful experience. The staff warmly welcomed us, assisted with parking, and helped us settle in. The apartment had a pleasant and calm atmosphere. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for a family snack. The hotel is located in a beautiful valley between mountains. There are numerous hiking trails around where you can wander and admire the nature or climb to the mountain peak and spend time there. We are thinking of visiting this place again in winter, as we would love to see how the nature transforms under a blanket of snow.

An exceptional surprise. We are a father and son traveling in Austria and stumbled upon this gem. Amazing hikes very close by. The receptionist Silva gave us amazing service she provided us recommendations on where to hike and cooked a delicious breakfast with help from her aunt Vjollca. Rooms are super clean and the hotel is equipped with a Sauna. Best bang for buck I could ask! 5/5

The kitchenette is very compact with no space for an oven. However it is otherwise well equipped and microwave can be provided if requested

Spacious, well equipped, close to slopes and supermarket. Bus stop immediately outside for access to and from town centre and lifts. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding.
