Apartment in a peaceful part of Vienna, very easily reachable on public transport. It is well-thought out and beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything one could need. The hosts have a real eye for detail: the weather turned hot and a floor-standing fan appeared; the washing machine in a room downstairs is shared between all their apartments in the building, and next to it are a pile of baskets for transporting the damp washing back upstairs; iron and ironing board are neatly stored in the hallway to the group of apartments upstairs. Several ways of making coffee? Two types of coffee machine are provided.

No breakfast included, but an excellent „Kaffeehaus“ around the corner. 30-40 min to Stephansdom and to city center, and approx. 30 min to the first vinyards by public transport.

Just the leak of comprehension for the end of the travel. I needed to leave my loggages somewhere in the hotel, and there was nobody at the reception. I had to call and Mrs Rank advised my to let my loggages at the laundry service. It was happily shorthy resolved :)

The access to the bus and train station was great. The location was quiet everytime, from inside as outside. Mr Rank explained us everything we needed to know before to visit Vienna and stayed available in case we had any issue or question :)

The apartment was not clean properly, there were many long hair all over the apartment floor and also in the sofa. The shower is very small and you barely have a place to move. The air conditioning is only in the living room, so when you close the bedroom door it is almost not cooling, and air conditioning is connected to a system which doesn’t allow you to adjust the temperature nor the air flow, so it is going on and off and this is causing noise and lack of adjustment to comfortable cool air flow. You don’t reactive any body soap, nor shampoo, and just a bit of hand soap, this is very uncomfortable and you have to go to the store and buy all the supply you need and it takes time.

Nothing, it was really perfect.

The property was very spacious and clean. It is a 5min walk to the nearest train station which was perfect because the apartment is not in the city center. The owners were very helpful and recommended great places and some tips and tricks. Would definitely stay there again!

No shower gel and the same towels for three nights. It may had been explained in advance and I didn't see it as I booked in a hurry but it was unexpected. Make sure that you have planned for an hour and a half travel time to the airport if you use the public transportation. Having said this, I still find the property a great choice for a comfortable stay in Vienna.

Very nice host, convenient and well-equipped studio and kitchenette, information about the local restaurants and shops provided in advance, excellent WiFi connection. Frequent trams to the city center.

Location is a bit far from the center. But there’s a tram that takes you directly to the area with a short and easy transfer.

The place was great and well stocked. The apartments are run like a boutique hotel. And Christian was very responsive and helpful with everything.

Very comfortable and well maintained, it had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The elevator is small but it works perfectly and very useful when travelling with heavy luggage. The location is well connected to city centre in a calm and traditionally residential area.

The stormy weather wasn't ideal but Vienna has so many different attractions we just adapted are schedule.

Lovely apartment. Location looks a long way from the centre but because of Vienna's great transport network you can easily get to all the attractions. Staff were great, nothing was a problem.

The tiniest elevator I've ever seen. It can fit one person and a suitcase, or two people without a suitcase.

The studio apartment was thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, including air conditioning, a rarity in Vienna apartments. A fully equipped little kitchen. Room darkening shades were very effective. Two short blocks away from rail and tram lines in a nice quiet non-touristy neighborhood.

Good size apartment in a quiet neighborhood with supermarkets, cafes and tram stops. Christian was very helpful all the time incl. on the weekends.

We arrived with four dogs and it was not problem at all, our dogs were welcome as all of us. Christian was very nice, provided us with many information about city, trafic, possibilities and was very kind! The accommodation was very nice, clean, kitchen full of equpiment you can imagine. Because it is located in the attic, It can get really hot if the air conditioner is off. Someone entered in the apartment while we were in the city and took from the frige our icecream…We asked the receptionist about this issue, he admited that some workers were in the apartment to make some work, but I was treated with indiference. At that time we had in our room the wallet, lots of money and our personal things. Except icecream nothing dissapeared. Never encounter this, not even in Africa :)

The location was perfect for us - train station was 2 blocks away. Our hosts were kind and helpful and the price was so reasonable. Beds were excellent and we enjoyed the balcony. Kitchen well equipped, quiet safe neighborhood.
