The Wi-Fi was weak and unstable sometimes. Needed more guidance from the hosts on checking in and check out, recommendations in the region - but overall - an amazing stay!

Spacious and well equipped apartment, new facilities, super clean and comfort. amazing location close to the main street but quiet. Great backyard with facilities for the kids. Super attentive host.

Great views. Key was left on the bench at reception. Wall lamps and bedside lamps, very well thought out. Lounge and arm chair, so very good. Separate lounge room is nice. Comfy beds, very good bathroom/ensuite, though tiny. Parking at the door - then 4 sets of stairs to No.10. Recommend you ask for a lower floor. Great wifi signal. Small kitchen well provisioned but no corkscrew or bottle opener, cooktop, oven, microwave. Only a bar fridge with tiny freezer. Would stay again.

The cushion was not comfortable and also we have to go downstairs to use the iron.

Location- Flachau, is excellent for a tour in Salzburgland. The small hotel is recommended. Feels like home. The apartment is nice and clean and very well equipped and maintained . The owner, Andreas, really thought about everything, and fulfilled every request we had. Breakfast is especially great. Tasty and with a lot of options.

We were received by the host and the check in process was quick and good. The hotel is in a good and convenient location and it also has parking for guests. The room had a beautiful balcony overlooking a stunning view of the city and the mountains. The breakfast was good and sufficient. In addition, we received guest cards that provide discounts at attractions in the area.

The apartment we got was in the top floor and we needed to climb lot of stairs with all of our luggage

The apartment is very spacious, well maintained and looks like new, very clean, comfortable, and with an excellent separation of bedrooms for us, parents, with 3 teenagers. Great location in Flachau - near restaurants and supermarkets, and yet in a quiet place. Excellent breakfast - fresh, very tasty with a variety of breads, cheeses, vegetables and fruits. The host, Andreas, is super nice and taking care of everything we needed.

Only thing that could be better- towels are quite small, we were 4 (3+baby) and we only recieved 3 sets of towels. I didn't ask for more towels because we manged with a towel brought from home, it wasn't a big deal.

Great apartment with everything needed for a few days of exploring the area. The apartment was spacious and comfy. Good shower and plenty of storage space. Checked in late at night without an issue.

If you don't look for any extras, this place is perfect, other Hotels in the area offer Sauna / Pool etc.. but if you don't need any of that, just book.

The only downside is maybe the lack of space in the kitchen to put away food, a bit more plates/cups/... would be nice as well. Now you have to wash them every meal.

The apartment is spacious and has a lot of light. The bedrooms are nice. The apartment is located very conveniently, close to the center of the village and the mountains and trail.

Had to climb lot of stairs with my heavy luggage. Room size was little small.

The location was really nice. It's a valley and during the early summer its green and very beautiful. Room was little small I would say. We came as 2 families, got the largest apartment. Didn't have time to use the facilities.
