The toilet wasn't clean well. Also, it is a poor choice of the cleaner to prepare the 2nd bedroom instead of the main bedroom where the dining table is. It had saved her time to clean. We were just two, but we used the entire apartment, although the main room bedroom wasn't prepared to sleep. For me, just thinking along, we prefer to sleep in the main room as the dining area is there and it has a nice view. But our bed is prepared in the second room which is in front of the kitchen without an outside view. I'm not complaining, just stating what I think was convenient.

Great accommodation and location. It has everything we need in the kitchen!

Some will complain with the check-in window and check-out window, but I think they were fine. They will find a space for your luggage and let you shower after a day of skiing even though you already checked out. I have difficulty trying to find something I didn't enjoy.

Location to Gondola was amazing, and inside the village still for apres. Staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious.

The apartment was lovely and spacious and the location to the ski lifts and the town centre was perfect.

We always got a parking lot, but sometimes the lot was very narrow.

Wellness section was outstanding. The location was excellent near ski lift, next apres ski bar, which closed before dinner time and being at the end of party mile, many restaurant options within a short walk. The rooms were in splendid condition.

Our apartment was one of the older ones so we did not know the dining area was situated inside the main bedroom. Would choose to stay in their newer apartments for future visits.

We chose this apartment to go skiing with 2 other families who are repeat guests at Top Apart. Apartment is clean and spacious and so close to the gondola. Lots of storage which is always appreciated when traveling! Easy walk and access to restaurants and shops. Loved the ski room available to guests and the wellness area! The whole family loved our stay here.

The Wellness centre was a fantastic treat after a hard days skiing. It really helped soothe the muscles and made us feel strong for the next day. It probably helped keep us healthy too. We had lovely views from all the bedrooms. It was brilliant to have access to free laundry facilities every day. We enjoyed booking fresh bread deliveries too (perhaps would be even nicer if the bread was placed in a warming drawer 🙂) The rooms were clean and spacious and everything was super clean so it all seemed brand new. The bathrooms were nice and large and well designed.

There was a good hob and a microwave but no oven would have been good to have had a microwave combo oven.

Perfect in the big ways….location, facilities, staff, etc, but also for the smaller details that can make a big difference like supplying more than enough bin bags/dishwasher tablets/tea towels, and offering somewhere easy to shower and change from the slopes after we’d checked out.

Someone from ground level rooms (not guests) smoking every morning at 6 and also in the evening outside the window at the parking lot and all the smoke got to our rooms.

Great location next to the cable car. Lot of parking spaces. Clean and nicely equiped apartment.
