We were visiting Kleinarl with my girlfriend and our dog. The owner is really nice, everything was taken care of. Rooms are clean and spacious and the beds are really comfortable! We had an amazing view out of our window and fell in love with the place. We might be visiting again in the future.

You could hear your neighbors a little even when they were just talking but that wouldn't be an issue if we hadn't had our dog with us - it was just harder for her to settle. Also the wifi wasn't working sometimes which again wasn't an issue because I didn't need it a lot.

Our host, Simone, was extremely nice and very ease to talk to. People around made the difference - always kind and forthcoming. Great food ag affordable prices. And slopes ideal for family rides but some also good enough if you need some extra adrenaline.

We had a great time staying in Elmo apartments! It is located near ski lifts, you can walk to the nearest one (about 400m). There is also ski storage and ski boots warmers in the object. Simone, the host, was very nice and welcoming, all areas were clean. There is an option for breakfast (or halfboard) at the hotel next door which we happily accepted. Prices are affordable, food is fresh and very tasty, staff is very kind. Wellness area offers finnish and infrared saunas as well as steam bath. There is also a small resting area. It is open from 16:00h. Everything about our stay was a very nice experience.

There would be nice if there was drinking water or teas in wellness area, you get very dehydrated.

We loved everything. We came back a second time. the apartment the location The view. The hospitality of the landlady.

For those who care, laundry services are only in the nearby town

We stayed there for a week as a family of 5 and we were very satisfied and happy with the choice of Elamo! The place is amazing and it's much more beautiful than what you see on the website and in the photos, a stunning river flows under the window and the apartment is right under the mountains. The place has a huge indoor playground for children and also an indoor pool (not heated). The apartment itself was also great, it is huge with 2 very large bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 3 toilets and 2 showers! And of course the owner Simone was great and very helpful. Thank you very much for everything, I have no doubt that we will return there in the future!

Appartementhaus Elmo is in great location, Quiet an clean. Simone, the owner, is very kind, helpful and ready to help with any problem at any hour. The kids playground is in perfect condition, and the pool is wonderful.

No worries, it was a perfect stay.

The welcoming from Simone was great, she offered us a very nice upgrade with a reasonable price to suit our expectations. The view was amazing too!

The wifi was not very strong.

Beautiful accommodation in the middle of nature, spacious room with a view, it's a shame we could only stay one night

The only thing we would change are the opening hours of the spa which are quite limited

everything was exellent, we stayed over Christmas and we thorughly enjoyed it.

Nothing it was fine. Maybe a waterboiler in the room to make a cup of tea would have been nice.

The staff was amazing, they have the most comfortable beds and the view from the balcony was amazing.
