Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandVery small things, really: - No microwave - No chopping board - The car park spot was a bit tight and uncomfortable to park every time besides another one. - It would have been ideal not having to carry the garbage (5 different bags as we separate it, and the 'rest' one is outside the building so it's a hassle to do when you're checking out). Since they're cleaning the apartment anyway! - They don't have a 3-bedroom offering, we want to come back with more friends! :-)
Amazing apartment, very comfortable and nicely decorated and very new, great appliances, we loved it. They even give you bathrobes and slippers and bathroom supplies, it's like a hotel experience but with the privacy of an apartment. It has an elevator, very unusual in alpine buildings. Location is great and the hosts are super nice and they know exactly the information you'll need. They also offer a "bread service" (fresh bread in the morning!), you can use the sauna and fitness center in the hotel across the road, and there's a bar in the basement in case you feel like a drink! Will definitely come back

No salt, no simple tea/coffee available To use facilities you need to cross the street in a bathrobe Dirty laundry area Staff is not helpful at all, for almost every inquiry they answer NONONO Nobody told us that check out time is 10 am?! In a very rude form we were told to leave premises as the cleaners are coming... Very disappointing

HungaryThe WiFi was slow and unstable and the sauna had limited hours (you had to walk across the road to their other building to reach it). There were some issues with cleanliness and the reception was hard to reach, often requiring a wait for someone to be available. Another downside was the lack of a microwave oven and the queen bed had two mattresses that slipped apart easily creating a large gap in the middle.
We overall had a great experience. The hosts were very welcoming and the apartment was modern and spacious with a view. The underground car park was a plus, as it fitted our car with a rooftop cargo box (max. 2.05 m). The kitchen was well-equipped and even included a dishwasher. The complex had its own application with useful information, bread service. You can find ski bus stops, ski rental and a supermarket within walking distance. The ski storage room and elevator were also convenient. The free washer and dryer were a nice touch.
