We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We had a comfortable stay here as a family. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, one living room and an open kitchen. The bathroom is spacious and the entry space is equipped with heaters for ski shoes. We really liked the fact that the apartment is very modern and new. Its extremely close to the lift station and there is space for parking your car. As we travel with our 3 years old son, the kids toys in the apartment was very valuable for us:) But make sure that you recieve the exact location from the owners as it may be difficult to find the apartment at the first visit.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonnen- Appartement Heidi. The apartment was well-equipped, very clean, and comfortable. The owners were friendly and eager to help, offering great advice on planning trips in the area. They recommended interesting places to visit and provided the Lungau Card for discounts. The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the cable car, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. At night, we enjoyed watching the Perseids shooting across the sky. We would love to return!

Czech RepublicThe apartment is very nice, modern, clean, large, perfectly equipped. Simply put - perfect. We travel to Austria twice a year for many years and this was the best accommodation ever. Heidi is very nice and welcoming. As a welcome gift she gave us a bottle of good wine and a very tasty cake. I would recommend this apartment to everyone.

PolandGreat place. The apartment is large, comfortable and warm in winter. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals. The view of the town and mountains is amazing. The hosts friendly and accommodating. For skiers, it is 7 minutes to the valley station and to the ski bus. You can go back to the house itself. Thank you for your hospitality, we will recommend you to our friends.

We liked being personally addressed by the host. We even found a welcome cake for us. :) Everything was perfect. The appartment is furnished and decorated with style and love for details. Kitchen, Rooms, bathroom complete. A good organised waste separation was installed at site. Ski fixture was available, Not to forget the carport parking right outside the entrance door. (But pack snows chains for the last steep 100m uphill) All questions were answered within no time. A host that cares a lot for his customers. Perfect. Thank you :)
