The kitchen is very small with a small fridge (bigger one was broken during our stay), cutlery and pots were located in living room. The outside children playground was quite dirty. A garden could be better maintained.

Location is close to a lake, bakery, or supermarket. Outside, there is children playground. Owners are very nice. Insectnet in bedroom is useful.

Wow, super location, fantastic property and our room was amazing. Our 2 motorcycles parked out front overnight with no issues. The property was clean and tidy but lol two fat bikers and one virtually empty roll of toilet tissue is no joke! Rock paper scissors for who didn’t need to use hay fever wipes for the clean up 😂😂🙈

Weird organisation of the whole place - because the apartment is adapted from part of the house kitchen equipment is spread all over the place, even in the bathroom. Might take some time to find all utensils, but they ARE there.

Of course, you never know what someone is going through, but the lady that greeted us was abrupt and unfriendly. Her husband (?), whom I met in the morning was extremely nice. The night of our stay was very hot. There is no AC, usually not necessary I would think, but still something to be aware of.

The apartment is very clean in what looks like a movie made archetypical village home. The room was spacious, and our room had a wrap around balcony. We ate breakfast on the balcony after a visit to the Bäckerei. Despite the reviews stating that the breakfast served was fabulous, the breakfast was not available. The beds were comfortable and there were electrical outlets available on both sides of the bed. The water pressure in the shower was good and the hot water plentiful. Parking is available immediately outside the front door.

Drinking water heater dirty & not working

The property is excellent 👍🏻. We liked the apartment very much. Parking was free & a very beautiful view from the balcony. As per booking, it shows availability of kitchen but while reaching only dish, plates & glasses were available along with a microwave. The water heater ( for drinking ) was also not working.

The sofa mattresse in living room could be more comfy

We spent 6 nights and there was wonderfull evenings after skiing day time in the ski resorts near Uttendorf. The accommodation is located less than 20 minutes drive by car from ski resorts Kaprun, Zell am Zee. We recomend this Pension for those who like Austrian country style coziness and cute details. We found a restaurant Breitmoos with a wonderful view of the terrace and tasty strudel with cup of coffee a few minutes driving direction to Mitersill.

I did not stay in this accommodation, as I was informed that I had been transferred to the accommodation next door. As this accommodation was in the immediate vicinity and probably of an even higher standard than the one I had booked, I naturally had no problem with that.

Chill and quiet place, a lot of attractions on 40km radius. Authentic austrian country side,, traditional mixed with modern technologies.I enjoyed hiking the surroundings, location is very close to SPAR, coffee shops and restaurants.

There is Horse stable near to the location it comes some bad smell once you walk to the road but by the way not effective

It was cold through the night, and blankets were small. When i booked there was an option for breakfast included but at the property they said no and we need to pay. We arrived at 9:30 pm and no one was at the property and there were keys at the door, the staff were not even available on the phone to get any info and there was no where around open to eat something for dinner. The double bed was an uncomfortable sofa bed.

The place was clean and nicely decorated. The nature around is beautiful.

It could have been cleaner, as the water heater and e.g. the remote control were a bit dirty. Insect screens would be nice, because they left the doors open for the room to air out and it was full of flies, which was a bit annoying.

The host is very friendly and the check-in was convenient while they were off site. He gave us a short welcome and prepared the sauna in the basement for us upon request, which was very nice. Apartment rooms are cozy and have all essentials and even a chromecast, which was surprising.

We liked the place a lot. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was very traditional, which we liked. The beds were comfortable. Mr Altenberger was very nice and we loved the family's old golden retriever dog.

I was missing fan or window in the bathroom. The village Uttendorf is nice, but there are almost no sidewalks, so you have to walk on the street. And there is quite a lot of traffic on the street at certain times.

The appartment was enough spacious with huge balcony. The kitchen was tiny, but equipped with all necessary equipment, only microwave was missing. There is big garden next to the house with some equipment for kids. There is a bakery and small shop nearby and few restaurants in walking distance.
