We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IsraelThe apartment is located in Rauris, an amazingly beautiful place. In the ground-floor apartment we stayed in, which faced the view of the mountains opposite, it was magical – we woke up every morning to a fairytale. There is a perfect yard to enjoy coffee while watching the clouds wrap around the peaks so close by, with a pleasant coolness and lots of greenery. A dream. The apartment is very, very spacious. Really. There is plenty of room for suitcases, bags, shoes, and coats. There are many convenient hooks, and they truly thought of everything. The kitchen is roomy and excellently equipped for cooking and family meals. The apartment owner is wonderful and kind, very family-oriented, and the kids and we fell in love with her immediately.

The warm welcoming from Maria (our host) and her care and concern during our stay which we enjoyed very much. The Apartment is wonderful, it is very spacious and very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The view from the balcony is stunning. The Highlight of this stay was the inclusive "National Park Summer Card" which allowed us to visit two of the top attractions in the area completely free of charge: 1. The Krimml Waterfalls. 2. The Großglockner High Apline Street. Thanks to this inclusive card, we saved around 120 Euros!

Very good location. Just 350 m to red slope. Maria is very kind and helpful owner. And alwas with smile on her face. For extra plus - tabs to dishwasher - in number for whole holiday. Very big bathroom. Cleanliness in every corner. Keep it up!
