The light switch on the stairs to 1st floor sometimes doesn't work. Some additional dishware and pan (e.g. frying pan) would be welcome.

Extremely disappointing experience. Upon arrival, our employee found the room reeking of cigarette smoke. We immediately filed a complaint, but the host refused to acknowledge it. Our team member spent no more than 5 minutes in the room, and we did not use any of the services. Despite this, the host declined to refund any portion of our 11-night reservation. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Not recommended at all.

The apartment was contaminated with fungus. It was not possible to live inside. It was dirty inside. I needed to stay for 3 nights, but after 1 night I left the apartment because of fungal contamination and the smell of fungus. It was in everywhere. I will try to inform the government institutions responsible for that to check booking and apartment work and ability to provide service.

We rented and payed for 4 units, one was double booked and already had tenants. Host kept declining calls and ignored the messages. One unit was mouldy and smelly, toilet was a disaster, upper rooms had a lot od someones hair on the sheets, cockroach was found on the bed. Experience to forget. Stay out od this one.

When we arrived at the location, we noticed the hotel had a self check -in system, but we didn't receive any info about the code to enter the room, they were suppose to sent the passcode but they forgot, after we tried to reach the host and 20 minutes they sent it and we managed to enter the room. When we entered the room we got instantly hit by a very strong smell, a stench that is hard to explain or to define, but it was so strong and horrible that it was impossible to stay in the room. My wife noticed the towels on the bed were wet, and smelling as well, it was looking like they were used. It was impossible to stay 5 min in the room, let alone to sleep there we immediately contacted booking, and explained the situation but the booking employee was repeating to announce the reception to give us another room, but we kept telling him there was no reception and no one to talk to. We asked either for a different hotel, or a refund. We were extremely tired from driving all day but if we slept there we would have gotten ill or sick. It is unhuman for somebody to pay money to sleep in that trash,it should be illegal, they should close it immediately. I don't know how a place like that can function in 2023. After 2 hours of talking with booking, they agreed to refund us, but that refund didn't arrive. They didn't give us our money back. It is outrageous that booking is not taking any measures about this situation. That place should be closed immediately and the landlord should receive a huge fine for accomodating guests in that unsanitary conditions.

Everthing else is not good - no isolation at all : you hear all the noise from the streets and from the noisy neighbours. - no equipment in the flat : 1 spoon only, 2 forks, … - broken parts or areas. if you touch something its staying in your hand!! - you dont get the room you booked. we booked a triple room and got a double AND THE WORSE : IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO JOIN THE OWNER. we tried to call 2 times, sent 5 messages : NO FEEDBACK AT ALL !!!

The rooms were in a terrible condition. Both the bedroom and bathroom were covered in black mould! The strong smell of damp was unbearable and made it virtually impossible to go to sleep. We could not complete our stay at this property and were forced to seek last-minute accommodation elsewhere. We have serious concerns about this property continuing to be advertised on Booking.com to other visitors. We felt we had to disinfect all our clothes after leaving. The windows were disgusting and surrounded by black mould - an embarrassment.

Nothing. This is, without a doubt, the worst property in which either I, or my partner, have ever stayed. We would not recommend this property to anyone and we are, quite frankly, given the state of the property, in disbelief that it was allowed to be advertised on Booking.com. We were seriously disappointed with our stay and it ruined our trip. The smell of damp and mould, which we could smell immediately upon entering the property, was so bad that I was forced to wear a mask while trying to go to sleep. We spent as little time as possible at the property in order to limit our exposure to what we thought may have been an environment which was hazardous to our health. The bathroom smelled even worse, and we noticed the shower curtain was broken and unfixed on the ground upon our arrival.
