Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

IsraelWe booked 3 apartments and there was no common space to sit all of us together and drink/eat our own food. You can drink at the lobby only when ordering drinks from the hotel's machines. also - the reception is closed at evening/nights so make sure to ask everything you need before they close.
the apartments were clean and well organized, bedrooms and bathrooms very comfortable. kitchen has everything you need - microwave, stove and refrigerator (no oven). great pool and sauna, Spa area for adults is well maintained and have amazing view. The playroom for the kids is big and have various of games for every age. there are also boardgames in the lobby. overall great aparthotel, perfect location (hiking, cycling. skiing), great value for money, perfect for families with kids.

A Fantastic Stay at Arabella Retreat & Spa Our experience at Arabella Retreat & Spa surpassed all expectations. The room was spacious enough for both of us, equipped with amenities such as a Nespresso machine, dishwasher, and cooking utensils. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, and the presence of a sleeping couch was a bonus. Ample storage space was available, and the view of the mountain (including the old lift) was breathtaking. While the location does not feature a restaurant, it's easily accessible to various dining options in the center, as well as supermarkets and a bus stop, all within a five-minute walk. Arabella offers much more with a tablet in the room, allowing guests to explore their fascinating story and brand "ich bin so frei," along with partnerships with local businesses like Ibex delivery service. Guests can order pizza, burgers (generous portions and delicious taste), and even bread for breakfast. The lounge provides a cozy space to enjoy a glass of local wine or beer while playing games. Every detail has been carefully considered, offering the quintessential retreat & spa experience with Austrian charm and luxurious spa facilities. The renovations during COVID have truly enhanced the experience—we found ourselves spending every afternoon there. It's an enjoyable experience for kids as well. The owner and staff are exceptional, always available and incredibly kind. While previous reviews may suggest minor areas for improvement, they pale in comparison to the overall gem that Arabella Retreat & Spa represents. We love it so much that we’ve already booked our next winter trip for 2025 with them, and this time, we're bringing our family along!

GermanyOne word AMAZING. We will come back. The hotel was great, everything perfectly organised, every small detail from picking up the key to the checking out. The hotel is very modern and the system digitalised. You can have amazing glass of wine in the lounge from the wine safe with your key, or a cup of coffee, or you can just order dinner through the tablet in your room, or book a massage. You check the whole time your bill online and you can pay directly online. You can see that the owners have thought about every small detail. The wellness area, espeically the Sky Sauna are amazing, looking in the mountains. My massage was great and very relaxing. Internet was top. The location of the hotel is perfect for biking, but also to go out and have dinner. The bike room was camera monitored and locked with your own room key. So our Bikes were perfectly safe. There was even a washing station for the bikes. As i said every small detail was thought through. We loved it and we will come back. THANK YOU FOR GREAT TIME

ItalyThe Apartments have indeed a great location, it is easy to reach mountain lifts, loads of hikes and skiing areas. Austria is the kids' paradise, with plenty of opportunities for the little ones and their families. Supermarkets are also very close (5 minutes by foot). Our apartment was not huge but sufficiently grand to spend two weeks in it. The forniture and the equipment were brand new. The swimming pool and saunas represent the flagship of Arabella's business: in changeable weather conditions one can always rely on the spacious and lovely wellness center. Thank you Giuseppe and all the staff for your tips and suggestions, we have loved our Austrian getaway!

AustriaIn One Word. Beautiful! We warmly recommend this beautiful Hotel. We are family of 4, girl is 6 and boy is 8. They have enjoyed indoor swimming pool, outdoor whirlpool, playing billiards and table tennis. In the evenings you can sit in beautifully and warmly decorated lobby area, where you can drink warious drinks from self-service bar and play dominoes, Uno uno, chess and many other games. Everything is modern, in lobby area drinks can be ordered by using room key-badge, and payed later by check out. Worth mentioning is food service. Our room was equipped with tablet where breakfast and dinner can be ordered, and delivered to your door! You can track the progress on the same tablet and see approximate time when your food will be delivered. We have tried pizza and it was delicious! Worth mentioning, hosts are so nice and welcoming, very kind and friendly, and they can give you right information and recommendations about area of Nauders. Hotel looks like brand new, very clean and well maintened, towels were changed everyday and rooms vere cleaned daily as well. That was our one word. We hope it will help you to choose this mountain pearl!
