More kitchen utensils would have been good, plus a sharp kitchen knife. Apartment was on 3rd floor - and no lift. Struggled with stIrs and luggage at 75 years of age !!

There could have been a proper kettle (luckily we had one in the car!) The stove was a little old and quirky to use but once understood OK.

The apartment is HUGE .. we could get lost in each room never mind the whole collection. Plenty of space to spread out. The "all around" balcony gave sun to all day.

The only thing is that the apartment is classic old, nothing modern if you like new things, anyway It worked perfectly for us.

The apartment is huge for 8 people (we were 4 people) with an excellent location, unbeatable views of the mountains and the fort, a very quiet and peaceful area, ideal for resting.

The building itself is quite outdated, and is a bit worn down in terms of carpets, furniture, and plumbing. The shower would fill up with water quite quickly, and the sink in the kitchen seemed very loose. The closet door seemed broken, and couldn't be moved without a good deal of effort. The pillow was very cheap, and way to thin. The wifi in our room was very weak, and would disconnect often. The room features a coffee machine without coffee pods, which, in my opinion are unrealistic to buy while travelling. Likewise, laundry soap isn't exactly something convenient to buy while on a trip in another country.

The location of this Hotel is close to the center of town, and features a beautiful view. The room had a nice balcony, and sufficient kitchenware to cook simple meals. Concierge at the hotel was helpful, and accommodated us when asked to. Having laundry as an option is also great.

There are several things why we will not be returning to this hotel. Its absolutely no 4star hotel. Equipment is clean but old, semms like no investment was done for a long time on this property. Response from hotel to our messages went missing so some of us arrived and rooms were not prepared, beds had wrong numbers of linens and sheets. Apartments are small, marketed as 4person rooms but really equipped comfortably for 2 persons. What was shocking was behavior of the owner/manager of the hotel when one evening we had absolutely horrible encounter with him. He was very rude and yelling at us. We travel to Austria a lot and never encountered such behavior.

First of all - the apartments are definitely not for 4 people, as stated on booking.com. Perhaps for three, the fourth extra bed creaks with every move. There are only two chairs in the apartment, not enough dishes, etc. Bring your own pot for cooking. But for two people the room can be comfortable. Parking is not very convenient - blue zones in the area allow you to stay overnight, during the day you have to pay for parking outside and in the hotel garage. Finally, double check the written bill before paying. If you discover an error after payment, you won't get a correction. Just excuses.

Location - The hotel is in the centre of Kufstein, just below the fortress.

The check-in process is a big inconvenience. We did not know when booking, but they did message us to tell us that we would have to go to another hotel to get the keys and check-in. They gave us a paper map on how to get from the check-in hotel to the aparthotel was difficult to follow. Overall, they should just have a self check-on process. We also could not figure out how to use the laundry machine. The property itself is nice and quiet, though, a bit outdated.

The beds were comfortable. Having a balcony and a nice view was also appreciated. The location is great, in the heart of Kuftstein. We requested a crib and they promptly brought it up to our room.
