Unfortunately, a spider had made itself comfortable in the fire alarm in the hallway and triggered the false alarm – a very rare, but unfortunately not entirely avoidable incident, and we would like to sincerely apologize for this. Of course, we immediately took measures to further reduce the risk of future false alarms. It is good to know that you still had a positive impression despite this inconvenience. Possiamo comprendere che il “bagno aperto” e quindi la mancanza della porta del bagno abbiano rappresentato per voi e vostra figlia una situazione insolita e scomoda. I nostri appartamenti presentano diversi design e i gusti sono molto individuali e vari. Poiché non sappiamo in anticipo chi arriverà esattamente e in quale composizione – che si tratti di famiglia, amici o conoscenti – purtroppo non ci è possibile valutare tutte le preferenze o necessità individuali. Durante il soggiorno vi avremmo volentieri offerto la possibilità di cambiare appartamento - se la disponibilità lo avesse permesso - con una diversa configurazione del bagno. Ci scusiamo per l'assenza delle pantofole, un dettaglio che non era correttamente indicato nella descrizione e che purtroppo ha causato confusione. In merito all’assenza del frigorifero, ci teniamo gentilmente a menzionare che la camera da voi scelta – come chiaramente indicato nella descrizione – non prevede la presenza di cucina né di frigorifero. Per un futuro soggiorno, saremo lieti di consigliarvi uno dei nostri appartamenti, che risponderanno perfettamente alle vostre esigenze in questo senso. Accogliamo volentieri anche la vostra osservazione in riferimento al set di cortesia mancante. Abbiamo infatti scelto consapevolmente di non fornire prodotti monouso, preferendo – nel rispetto dell’ambiente e per ridurre i rifiuti di plastica – dispenser ricaricabili di alta qualità con docciaschiuma e sapone per le mani. As our house is an apartment house, we do not offer breakfast ourselves. However, there is a bakery on the first floor of our house which is open from Monday to Saturday from 07:00, where there are various breakfast options. So you can start your day according to your wishes and we hope that you have taken advantage of this. We would also like to thank you for your comments about the bidet. Due to the limited space in our bathroom, it is unfortunately not possible to install a bidet. We always strive to make the best use of the available space while ensuring the comfort of our guests.
