We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Czech RepublicThe only thing that is missing here is probably the microwave. But it is not necessary, because there is a lot of other kitchen tools and appliance.
The host was very kind. He explained and showed everything about the apartment to us. The room was bigger than it looks in the photos. The kitchen equipment was fully sufficient. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and modern. It is near a bus stop and a train station is a 10-15 minute walk away. The supermarket is very close too.

United KingdomMy only concern was that the apartment was on the dark side as it doesn't have a bright outlook. It can also be slightly noisy with the bus stop first thing in the morning. But these were compromises we were happy with for the convenience of the location and the ease of travelling around the area.
The apartment is perfect for facilities. It is very warm with infrared heating panels in the ceiling. After 2 days we had to turn the heatimg down in the 2 rooms as it was so warm. Apart from a private car parking space it is located across the road from the bus stop which makes it ideal for anyone wishing to use buses to all parts of the region. It is also only a short walk to the railway station. Within 100 metres there is a well stocked Billa supermarket, an NKD clothing shop, a fruit & vegetable shop and a konditorei which does coffees, snacks and fabulous cakes. There are lots of easy walks in the area and a walk to Reith and the Konditorei THALER, located near the church, which specialises in krapfen (they queue outside to buy them by the bagfull) is well worth a visit.
