We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsThe location and staff is magnificent. They made our stay absolutely perfect, eventhough the weather wasn’t that great. Room was very nice, clean, and big. And from the hotel it’s just a 1 minute walk to the shops, restaurant and the lifts.

The location was superb. For a reasonable price, we stayed in the middle of Sankt Anton during summer time. We were surprised by the comfort and space we were offered and we got a room upgrade without request. We appreciated that a lot. The hospitality of the receptionists was fantastic and they helped us to get around easily. Due to their help and local knowledge we got to do amazing hikes and enjoyed our stay a lot.

Incredibly spacious and luxurious apartment. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Great that the hotel has a free garage and a free self-service laundry, which was useful at the end of a long hike. Central location, walking distance to bars and restaurants.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they gave us great tips about hiking in the area. They upgraded us to their biggest apartment, which was spectacular! It was well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is great and quiet, close to gondolas and chair lifts (but you don't hear them). They gave us a summer card that gives different kinds of discounts and benefits.
