How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Sometimes noisy due to traffic, including harvesters and heavy trucks driving fast on the nearby road.
Located right at the start of the Reitherkogelbahn and only a short drive to Alpbachtal. The apartment has modern furnishings and is very clean, with a nice balcony overlooking the view. Parking and a small garden are also available.

The accommodation is wonderful. It is spacious and has a lot of charisma. It was also very clean and everything you need is there. Our son really liked the indoor play rooms.

All was good.
Very beautiful location with mountains view, we were a group of friends and the apartment fit us perfectly it was spacious and clean, and we had a wonderful time there.

Good scenic location with access to all facilities. The apartment has all the listed facilities. Staff was very good on communication and reply (fast) to all our requests. Local bus stop is nearby, from where you can connect to villages in the region.

This place is wonderful . Location is rounded with the mountain. Snow is fall during my stay. The room and the kitchen are separated with the door,so the noise and odor during cooking didn’t go through bedroom. Kitchen is perfect. There ie Mprise. Supermarket nearby.

We cannot think of anything we didn't like. We didn't want to leave!
The apartment was large and very spacious for our family. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a nice grocery store right next door. The beds were very comfortable, which is a big deal for our family and everyone slept wonderfully. The large balcony was lovely, as well as the smaller ones outside the rooms. There is an indoor play area for little ones, and outside a small play yard. The location is great. Very short walk into town, and an even shorter walk to the SkyGem. Views from up there are beautiful, and there is a playground for children. There are plenty of restaurants all walking distance. Parking is on site and easy, even with a large vehicle. We would gladly stay here again!

Our apartment was way too small for a family with two kids. The sleeping couch was not comfortable at all.
The building of the apartments contained a lot of nice playing areas and a nice sort of hangout room where you could relax after a hike. The location is great near he gondola and the small city center.

Although the bathrooms were quite spacious and very clean, they were downstairs with all bedrooms upstairs.
Gabi was so kind and easy to work with. There was so much on the property making it great for a family. The space was wonderful for our family of six. The town is a five minute walk and is so quaint. we loved it. The location is beautiful, right in the mountains.

you can notice that It is beat noisy in the morning because the apartment is location on the Main Street of this small town. If it possible to add more bigger cups/ mugs for the coffee morning , it will be perfect to drink in the nice balcony 🙂
We liked the big rooms and the separated bathrooms (3). very nice hostess. very clean. the near by supermarket with awesome bakery inside is a very good to start the day.
