We stayed here for one night with our family and had a wonderful experience. This is a family-run hotel, and the warmth and courtesy of the people made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The fabulous location has ample parking and excellent facilities, including a lovely sauna and relaxation area. Our rooms were fantastic – spacious, warm, and cosy, with comfortable beds for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding: more than enough, with a wide variety and everything of excellent quality. The staff was invaluable and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again without hesitation.

We only stayed one night and would have loved to have stayed longer.

From start to finish our whole experience was excellent. Due to an accident on the road to the resort we arrived late but the hotrl had given us clear instructions-on how to access the hotel and then our rooms. Our rooms were spotless with fantastic views. Breakfast was truly lovely. We will be definitely returning. Well done to everyone.

The wifi was very slow. The reception was good all around the appartment, but the speed was too slow to be of any use. I've created a hotspot on my phone and shared that with the family.

Super friendly staff! The location is excellent, the 'zentrum shuttle' is a short walk and from there you are directly on the slopes and can ski to the Gailachkogl cabin lift. The room was quiet, decently equipped and very clean.

We really liked the room it was spacious and very clean. We travelled for my girlfriend’s birthday and received a welcome gift for her birthday. The breakfast was very nice and had all of the options you would need. The relaxation room and sauna were excellent and very modern

Family run, very pleasant typical Austrian guesthouse; would not characterize as boutique hotel…..nice breakfast, lack of fruit though…. Clean, good location.

Unfortunately the hotel opposite was having extensive renovations which was noisy at times.

Good location,very friendly staff. Everything was explained on arrival and were given various information and tips on hikes in the area. The apartment was very large and comfortable and as we were self catering were able to order bread rolls on a daily basis. A big bonus was the summer card allowing free lifts and bus transport within the valley. Central for shops and cable cars.
