the cathedral's bell near me messed with my sleep when i was jetlagged. not anyone's fault!

Zeinab was extremely friendly. she wears a wonderful smile all the time. she made my stay pleasant. hotel is sorunded to cafes and bars with al to of options.

It was warm in Salzburg and they only had fans in the rooms which made it very uncomfortable to sleep. The beds are tilting to one side so one has the feeling that of falling off the bed.

The location was amazing right on the pedestrian passage which made it very easy access. The rooms were spacious and the staff really friendly and helpful.

There is no air conditioning and with windows facing into the street which take the sun from sunrise until sunset, the single rather ancient fan was insufficient for comfort.

It’s quite expensive considering the state of the room. Definitely not “boutique” and not worth the price. The parking is annoying because the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so you have to walk 5 minutes from the parking garage which costs 20€ / day.

We loved the location, you had the old town right at your feet. We liked the terrace facing the garden/ cemetery.

Rooms were hot (peak summer) though there were potrable fans - but these ran on a timer so you had to keep getting up to turn back on. Windows could be opened however (we were in a corner room with windows on 2 sides - so this was a plus) - but street was very busy to the early hours, so there is some noise. We knew there was no breakfast (though you get a very small croissant and avg coffee) so we ended up walking over to Café Tomaselli and had a great breakfast there. We drove (so it wasn't an issue) but note that the train station is a good 15 min walk to the hotel.

Hotel is located very centrally in Neustadt on a great (bustling) street with an easy walk to the old town. It is next to a lovely church and backs onto a beautiful cemetery. You can go to the terrace on lvl 2 to enjoy a coffee overlooking this quiet place. Parking in the nearby garage was very easy and a 2 min walk to the hotel. Rooms were relatively spacious (we had a family room, which is just 2 hotel rooms joined by one large bathroom). Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and well maintained.

No air conditioner, which is probably ok for Salzburg year round, provided you can open the windows. But there are no screens on any of the windows so you have a dilemma: bugs or heat. I wish this could be fixed because otherwise this is an excellent hotel.

The location is excellent, close to everything and also to a paid parking. Tea and coffee, as well as some pastries in the morning were very welcome.

We booked the room with seasonal discount, however the full price would be too expensive. There is no ventilation in bathroom. The towels could be better.

Free coffee and cacao in the hotel. Nice terrace. Great location and not expensive parking near the hotel. You may choose to have breakfast in hotel or to go to the nearest bakery or cafe. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Lovely ambience. Communal area for coffee and tea was excellent and a lovely lounge area to bring our desert back to eat. Great selection of herbal teas. Highly recommend nd would sta6 again

The room had not been properly cleaned prior to us checking in, there were someone’s personal Items left in the bedside table and plastic rubbish under the radiator from a previous guests.

The location is fantastic, my only recommendation would be due to the heat a fridge either in the room or in the dining area that guests could use would be very helpful to store our water/drinks.

We weren’t told about the room cleaning situation I.e. if you have the room cleaned everyday (like all hotels!) then you have to pay extra. The breakfast was meagre. Would prefer either no breakfast at all or else pay more for the room and get a decent breakfast.

Lovely rooms and so convenient. Aesthetic was lovely too. We had a heatwave while we were there and there was a fan in the room which was a lifesaver.

You can hear between the walls so it can be noisy.

The location was fantastic for a short stay in Salzburg. The single room was perfect for a solo traveller.
