Lovely hotel. I chose it for the central location (close to train station and city center).The receptionist that helped me (Daniela) was so helpful and kind! She suggested all kinds of trips (I was traveling alone) and city events. Villach is also beautiful - I decided to stay an extra night.

Everything was perfect! I booked a regular room but was pleasantly surprised to receive what felt like a presidential apartment – incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotless. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded all expectations. Truly a 10/10 stay!

Was very hot in the building made it a little stuffy The town prides its self on cleanliness and the truck street sweeper started outside the window at 5am then the garbage then the cleaners…….

The room was quite spacious, clean. We required a quiet room and they took care to give to us one. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice, and during the staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The toilet was running continuously when we arrived, which was disturbing while sleeping. It was a bit stuffy, but opening the window was not a good idea because of the central location.

The Atmosphere and staff. It is a building of old style But when you stay.In large cities being able to stay in the older style. Reminds you what it was like in the past. Although everything has been modernized, so there aren't any inconveniences with respect, the " old style." Parking was easy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They made us feel like the hotel was our home.

I always admired this colorful building with its charming Parisian type outdoor/indoor cafe and chairs during my previous visits to Villach. Finally I stayed here,and it was great. It appears to be an older building that has been maintained very well.Clean,small,well run.Large rooms,high ceilings,modern bathrooms,comfortable bed. Good WiFi.Across the street is the taxi stand-and a vantage point to admire the gorgeous snow-capped mountain range.The train station is a 2-minute walk.The river ,a one minute walk.Old Town,just across that river's bridge. Cafes and restaurants nearby.Breakfast offered limited but high quality items. Freshly home-made bread too.Very reasonably priced hotel,at least in winter. Hotel was prompt in answering my emails-which is a sign of a well managed business..

Great location within easy walking from the train station. Hotel staff welcoming and helpful. Breakfast in the lovely indoor garden atmosphere is excellent. Rooms are clean and spacious! Lots of great area restaurants and shopping close by. The mountain views from the nearby bridge are breathtaking! The town has a friendly, easy-going vibe, and the decorations for the Christmas Holidays are colorful and creative! I love it here!

The electric key was quite unique and one needs to get used to it. The window was not quite soundproofed, so you could here everything going on on the street, and sometimes you could here the pipes.

The room was spacious and clean, the parking space was close by and only costs something in the main season, the staff was very nice and helpful, you can experience the ling history of the house through the fotos on the walls in the stair case.
