Some of the lights didnt work but that didnt really affect our short stay.

We stayed only for one night, but it was well worth it and enjoyed the experience. Attention to wood details across the hotel is amazing. Breakfast was good with nice view of the nearby lake. Staff at the reception is great.

On the other hand, worst epexience with hotel manager ever. You would expect from accomodation at this level to have manager that is at least pleasant with guests. Every time, someone from our group asked for something,there was very bad conversation, unnecessary interruptions from his side, and strange looks. I don't know if it was on national level, personal level or he just had bad days. Also made a mistake with our birthday dinner reservation, number of people and menu. He didn't even try to apologize for that but accused me it was my mistake. To put it mildly, unprofessional.

Location is great, especially for skiers. Right next to lake with amazing nature views. Building is new, very comortable and cozy. Owner is also very nice and helpful. He personally assisted us with some technical stuff in our room and with our parking.

Apartment is very comfortable, architecture modern and practical, kitchenette is also well equiped, but for couple xou dont need it, as they have very good a ka carte restaurant in the groundfloor. Staff very friendly and always prepared to help with positive attitude. Can only recommend, we will also try to come again.

Given that the ski area lack many food options, bigger lunch menu should be considered.

The hotel is exellent. Good breakfast, nice staff, well designed for comfort with details in mind and in a good location. The spa service is very professional and the resting area is also very well thought out.

Excellent architecture&interior, the best location, modern&comfy apartment and all hotels facilities (garage, reception, bar, ski-room). Kitchen and the chef excellent. Staff very friendly and proffesional. Nice vacation🙂

We wrote ahead for gluten free breakfast choices, but beside one type of bread (same for every day), there was nothing. We requested lactose free milk, they only had oat milk (which is fine), but were only served upon request, and even then the servers only brought about 50ml for the two of us. I thought that was really weird and kind of insulting. There were people who brought there own to the breakfast table, which I think for this price is a bit tacky. The rooms are describes as soundproof on booking, but they are far from that. The noise from the hallway is quite loud day and night and the doors are so loud. What’s with the doors? The sauna - beautiful, but again so noisy. Doors slamming all the time. Since there was no one at the counter during open times, people also brought their children. Again, for the price of the hotel, I would expect better standards.

Breakfast was lacking in quality. Coffee poor, no fresh juices, no luxury services like fresh fried eggs. The choice of breads and jams was very good. The service staff at the main desk and restaurant are excellent. Very articulate, knowledgable im many languages and really friendly.

Confusing lighting, no pool, few options in the restaurant and bar despite looking fancy (almost no gluten free options)- other inns around have way better food. And only having aperol spritz and Hugo types of drinks when the property has a dedicated bar and bar seating area is subpar. The staf was okay but often avoided eye contact so they wouldn’t have to come take our order etc.

I got the information after booking that their kitchen has gluten and dairy free options. As for dinner they are not prepared for gluten and dairy free versions. When I asked the waiter to bring the main course without the veggie cream he said I was too complicated. The waiters were not aware what the food in the menu contains in general. 😑 There was no full size mirror in the apartment only 1 face mirror in the bathroom with bad lighting.

I liked the location, most of the staff were friendly and helpful.
