We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RomaniaIf the neighbours don’t close their doors gently it would be very disturbing. This happened only the first night but the Hotel staff was very kind and prompt asked the neighbours to pay attention to this.

RomaniaBig apartment (apart 4), fully equiped and clean, nice view with the mountains. Easy acces from ground parking with an elavator directly în the apartment. 200m away from the alpin hotel were are the lockers for ski equipment, which is very close to A2 gondola. The staff was also very nice. As the apart 4 is at mansard, it can be tricky if you're tall :) The thermostat was not working so we were not able to increase the temperature in the apartment but we received an electric heater.

PolandPictures present it as less „oldschool” and more spacious. There are 2 small bedrooms, a bathroom and a tiny kitchen and a table for 6. The third bedroom is separate and has a separate bathroom. Parking is paid extra (1 car is free), so is a dog which is not marked in the apartment’s description.
Location is great, indeed. You walk a few hundeed meters to the „mother hotel” where you can leave skiis in lockers and next 200m to the main lift. the service at the mother hotel was nice. Our towels were changed once during a week. There is a lot of light in the flat and a view on the mountains and the slope.

GermanyThere was no soap at all, not even a tiny hand soap to wash hands after travel. No extra garbage bags either. I understand those are small things, but they could have gone a long way, while costing near to nothing to apartment management.
The apartment is very basic, yet comfortable. It has a small fridge a stove, microwave and a dishwasher. Dishwasher was definitely a much appreciated bonus and there was dishwasher soap at the apartment. The location is great, short walking distance to one of the ski lifts, close to bars, restaurants and shopping. we didn’t need to use our car at all.

LatviaTerrible WiFi. Cleaning lady not once mopped the floor during our entire stay. Apartment was cold when we arrived and it took entire night to heat. Very few cups for tea, no kitchen towels or anything to wipe the tables.
Apartment is new, very nice bathrooms, beds and furniture. Nice view, nice location.

Romania- a strange smell in the rooms - there was no way how to dry your ski clothes - the bed was not so comfortable, I recommend to change the mattress - the personal didn’t inform us that they will issue a document with which we can get ski-pass discount - there was no soap in the room I recommend to contact the host while you are still there , maybe some "drawbacks" could be solved.
- good location, spacious apartment, nice view, parking garage but we paid for it.
