Replenishing of room supplies such as instant coffee could have happened on a daily basis. More variety for warm breaksfast options. There were only two which were alternated.

I really liked the personal attention the family run hotel gave us. All wishes were accommodated and assistance was happily offered.

I liked everything about this hotel. The room was clean and the kitchen equipped. Possibly the only thing they could improve on is the breakfast as 25€ is a bit pricey.

The breakfast at this place was amazing. Hotel staff was awesome :) I loved how Walter, his family and Stephanie took care of me. Made me feel like home during my stay.

The property has the finest location in Ischgl, it is located on a very quite street and though it is in the center of every major event happening in the village. You feel like home in the family owned hotel that has very essential facilities. Hotel is comfortable, clean and breakfast is amazing.

SPA is occupied by men, no one wears clothes, hence women just can’t comfortably use it which I think is a huge shame.

Our room was great, loads of space, comfortable bed and clean functional bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, great variety of choices. Location is very good.

Spotlessly clean, staff were delightful (especially Walter). The hotel is well situated in the town, the rooms were very comfortable - the singles in the basement and top floor were perfect for our ‘ children’ of 18 and 21. The bar was perfect for a few drinks and the breakfast was excellent. Totally recommend the hotel

The breakfast was very good but at €22 per person per day we thought it was too expensive (it was not included in our room rate). We had thought it was only €11 per person per day and, had we realised, we would not have eaten at the hotel.

We stayed in one of the apartment rooms which had been newly renovated to a very high standard - everything was modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The communal areas of the hotel are more traditional but it is a welcoming and comfortable place. The bar is pleasant and has a nice atmosphere in the evening. The ski room downstairs is also brand new and features heated lockers for boots/skis which is a real plus. Walter was an excellent host - whether behind the bar or at reception - and really enhanced our stay. The hotel is very close to the tunnel which, by moving walkway, takes you to the foot of the Pardatschgratbahn and Fimbabahn ski lifts. So, whilst it is not ski in/ski out, you can easily get to the bottom of the slopes/lifts in around 5 minutes without needing to get a ski bus or equivalent.

The mattress was a little old and could use replacing in our room

The staff were great, easy to find and check in process simple. Lots of space on the room, bathroom was lovely with separate toilet. Ski & boot room was fab with a secure locker for each room.

Great location, close to the center. very clean and cozy rooms. nice ski room with heated boots area. wellness area with jacuzzi, saunas (dry & wet) and relaxation room. very nice breakfast and welcoming staff and all for a great price. would recommend for everyone.

Pros: -excellent location, just a few minutes from the ski lift -parking is included in the price of the hotel -guests of the hotel have a small discount on the ski lift pass -sauna is small but nice -the young man - the owners’ son - at the reception was very pleasant Cons: -the older gentleman - the owner - is EXTREMELY RUDE and impolite. The treatment I received on a daily basis was just horrible. From smirking to waving his hands at me, calling me AC/DC (I am a jazz and classic music fun), and snapping at me. The hotel review would be “1” if I am to review according to the behaviour of this person. -VERY SMALL ROOM in the BASEMENT for €190 per night out of the peak season -My friend spent one night in my room - I was charged additional €150 for that - a highway robbery
