Nothing really. Could be warm, but the day temperatures weren't too hot, so didn't cause a problem.

The location was fantastic for us. 15 mins by bus to central Salzburg, but looking out on countryside. Local supermarket, pizza restaurant and bakery. Short walk down steep road to these facilities. Owner was very helpful and prompt to respond.

    Nothing

Extremely well appointed, a beautiful flat with an insane view. The buses into Salzburg were regular and easy, there were shops and a bakery close by and the hosts provided everything we needed.

It wasn't air conditioned as written. We had really hard time managing with fan only in hot temp days.

It was nice apartment and cozy, nearby a supermarket. It has a stunning view that makes it truly special. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. However, there was no air conditioning as described, which made the apartment quite hot during warmer days – we had to take cold showers just to cool down enough to sleep comfortably. I would recommend staying here during the winter months when the temperatures are more manageable.

It was a very clean and beautiful apartment. It was by car close to Salzburg but also to other activities in the area. Also possible to go by bus to the city center very easily which was really nice. At the apartment there was enough place to park our car, and also a fast charger available not far from the apartment (200/300 meters approximately). The apartment had everything we needed during our stay. Thanks for your hospitality we had a great time!

The views are STUNNING, but unfortunately I cannot recommend staying here in the summer. The unit has basically no air conditioning. We were told it’s supposedly controlled access from another floor, but we never felt one iota of airflow in 3 days. I wish I was just being dramatic, but it was August and it was like 90° F (32° C) outside daily. It was stifling hot in the house. We were literally dripping sweat constantly whenever we were “home.” It made being there during the day absolutely unbearable. We reluctantly complained, and Elke was kind enough to provide us with a small fan, but unless you sat directly in front of it constantly, it provided basically no relief. Of course it’s not the host’s fault, but additionally, they were repaving the road during our whole stay, and dragging our luggage and walking up and down a milled, dusty road multiple times a day wasn’t fun. My brand new shoes were ruined from all the dust. 😕 The apartment has the basic amenities, but no frills. No microwave, no comfortable furniture, no paper towels, and just a minuscule tv situated all the way across the room. We loved the cool nights, the large windows, and the terrace, but unfortunately it was too hot to even open the blinds at all during the day, so we couldn’t enjoy the views much. It would be a great place to stay in the fall though! There’s really nothing much to do in the area, but the bus stop is very close and it’s about a 15-minute ride into town. The proximity to Munich is great for a daytrip!

Elke was a great host! So sweet, friendly, welcoming, and gave detailed instructions for entry. She even allowed us to check in early, which was so appreciated!! The location so close to the Spar and bus stop was great.
