At arrival it was a surprise that there are 3 entrances: Hotel Check-in, Asian restaurant (Closed) and a "Disco bar with go-go girls". Stairs to the basement. Luckily it was also closed. Admit, the bar entrance is visible at the opening picture of the hotel, but did not recognize earlier. The room we got had a nice view towards the hill... some years ago, before they built an another 3 story hotel, 30m away, uphill. Rooms are fairly OK, though visibly old. like the hotel is. Since we packed our things early in the morning, cleaning ladies started to clean our rooms while we had breakfast, even though the keys were with us.

Rooms: Instead of room for 3 we received 2 + 1. For us it was perfect. In some cases it might be not so comfy. Location: 5 min drive from Swarovski Kristallwelten. 3 min walk. from city center, where you can have dinner / ice cream. Staff was very friendly and supportive, but you might face challenges at check-in if you do not speak German. Wonderful bouquets of orchids around the stairs in the window openings.

It was close to shops and eateries, conveniently close to Swarovski world. The place was exceptionally clean, good value for money as breakfast was included.

We knew that the room was small, but it felt even smaller when you were inside. Everything is crammed together, small bathroom where you rub the elbow against the shower when you brush your teeth.

Nice clean hotel right next to the items center. Breakfast was tasty, beds were comfortable.I definitively do recommend them, despite the room being small.

The two rooms were exactly what we needed for our family of 5. Breakfast was great and child friendly. Would happily stay there again.

The night club entrance from the same side as the entrance to the hotel. The fact that there is a night club with dancing girls was obviously not mentioned anywhere. Although the club was not to be noticed during the day and was not noisy and interfering with the hotel entrance, the mere fact of it being there was not very convenient - namely if traveling with family.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable and well equipped for a 3star hotel (small fridge was also provided), it had a great view of the mountains from the balcony. Breakfast was excellent.

Plenty of parking space is available. There is a restaurant just below the hotel serves delicious dinner. Location of hotel is approx. 10 min walk from Swarovski crystal world

Check in process is not easy, cant go in the hotel & no receptionist, finally got in via restaurant next to the hotel. Room key is the same as Main door key, feeling a bit unsafe.

The staff made you feel like you were a giant burden on them. It was incredibly off putting on an otherwise nice trip.

It’s a lovely location and the Asian restaurant in the basement was incredibly convenient. The actual room was cute and the decor of the hotel was very nice.

When we arrived, It was concerning that there was concerning that there was a Go Go dancer bar/club in the basement. But we did not hear any loud music or guests utilising the premises.

The hotel was quiet, Also, that the room we had was at rear of hotel and had good views to the mountains. I would suggest that front rooms are better for business travel.

The WiFi range was very poor in our room. In the hallway there was a really intense scent applied.

Beautiful hotel in a great location near the motorway. Personnel is really nice. The breakfast was diverse and really tasty. Great advantages were available plant-based milk and lactose free yogurts. The room is really clean and well equipped.
