Although the room was big enough but there were Multiple things, like beds were not good,bathroom door lock was not working. Breakfast was average.

It appears as if the hotel ran out of money and was bought up by someone with the intention or rebuilding. Many of the facilities weren’t available, some things were broken and a bit run down. Shower heads with insulation tape on. Broken doorknobs

The walls are a bit thin so you can hear your neighbours quite easily. The breakfast was okay, nothing majorly fancy, I started brining in my own stuff from the supermarket as I'm not a fan of breakfast cereals and store-bought brioche. No fresh fruit but staff regularly refilled the buffet so you were never running low on what options were there.

The staff at this hotel really go above and beyond when it comes to service. A really nice, friendly team. This hotel is good value for money as well.

The rooms were located in a floor that can be reached only by a couple of lifts and not convenient. The cost could have been lower.

The apartment was huge for 3-4 people with a nice view of the mountains.

The hotel in general and the room in particular was dated. Lights and furnitures broken or not working. Toilet was good size, but very dated. The rooms were not very clean, cobwebs and dust.

Breakfast was very basic. Location of the hotel was good, 5 minutes walk from the Seefeld centre.

The room was too hot and it was not easy to turn down the temperature. To access the hotel you have to enter through an exit door at the back. I didn’t think this was a nice way to enter the hotel. There was no attempt to de-ice the car park so it was very slippery. There was a strange stagnant smell in the hotel corridors.

Good location not too far away from the centre of the town. Good sized room and bathroom. Relatively good value for money compared to similar hotels nearby

They do need to sort out patchy intermittent WiFi.

This hotel deserves a better rating than it’s got. We were sceptical because of some previous reviews but none of them seemed to have any credibility except crappy wifi. The rooms are a great size, the beds were super comfortable, the whole place was spotlessly clean, the staff were lovely, great location and the view from our room was amazing! (See pics). We loved the big bathroom with a deep and long bath, great hot water, a magnifier mirror and hairdryer. There was a little bar fridge in the room (you have to plug it in), heater worked great, heaps of power sockets including next to the bed. Breakfast was actually better than most other 3 star hotels we’ve stayed at. Easy walk into town or from train station, ski buses at door. This hotel is fabulous (really fabulous) value for money.

Hotel needs updating badly- all shower heads and the toilet leaked. The soap dispensers were both broken. The shower head would not stay up. The bed slats were broken causing the already torn mattress to sag. Light bulbs in the room were missing. Coffee at breakfast was not good.

People were all friendly and breakfast was typical European with a nice selection of meats, cheeses breads and eggs.
