I would have appreciated a small fridge in the room, but that is a small issue.

Alpenhof is located in a quiet part of Ramsau, at the outset of a trekking path to Guttenberghaus. It has a beautiful view of the mountains from both sides of the building. The rooms are nice, with a balcony, where you can admire the view of the rocks. There is a spacious parking lot. It is easy to walk to the center of Ramsau (approximately 3 km). The breakfast terrace is spacious, full of morning light, and breakfast is great. There is a self-service beer and non-alcoholic beverages available in the evening, which we very much appreciated. The hotel is clean and very well-taken care of, the owners are very welcoming.

3 min walk to the sking track, 20 min to the Billa. Self-service beer and wine, nice small terrace for enjoying the sun. The breakfast was good with bread yoghurt, fruits, cookies, and changing selection of cold-cuts. Had absolutely no problem enjoying this five days in a row. The family was always there to help if I needed anything. Totally recommended!

Really beautiful family owned and run bed and breakfast. Philip and his family will do anything to make your stay perfect. They are kind and helpful. They kindly provided gluten free bread and plant based milk for me for breakfasts. They also provided baby chair. Breakfasts are good, rooms are always clean and there is enough space for a family. They also provided baby cot for free. I highly recommend this B&B with amazing view of Alps from the balcony. Those morning sunrises were amazing. ❤️ We loved this place.

Room was a bit smaller than what it looks on photos, and doors to bathroom are glass, which we personally find not ideal.

Alpenhof si located directly on the start of xc ski and skitouring tracks, so when the winter is good, you could start directly from the front door. There is a very nice terrace for breakfasts (tasty, with fresh eggs option) and generally very nice views over the other side of the valley (Planai).

Breakfast was very nice, beautiful breakfast room. Suggestion: to add some activity for after-skiing time- sauna? To have a possibility of minikitchen to use (at least for boiling water/warming up) in a common living room to invite people to interact and socialize.

There's no kettle in the room and you cannot use the kitchen to make tea in the evening. Also there's no hot water in the night. My bed was quite small, it was fine for me (162 cm tall) but it will be too small for people like 175+. Except these 3 things, everything else is great.

Location is amazing, you can start skiing almost from the door. Also you can get wintercard which you need to use the ski tracks directly in the hotel, and also pay for the ski tracks with 20% discount. They have a place to keep the skis in the night and a dryer for the ski shoes. The room itself is very cozy with an amazing view.

We stayed 3 nights. Towel get dirty, we get clean up, but nobody never changed it. And also garbage can in room was ultra small. It's so - you drink a 0,5l bottle and have no option where to put it.

Look from window is great. And near is Hotel with good Restaurant and Bar. And some trails to montains start there.

Quite small room with bathroom and toilet separated only by a glass door which does not provide any privacy. Not enough hot water later at night.

The ventillation was weak in the toilet. The clean made the bed every day which is okay, but folded my pyjamas which was creepy.

Great location, lovely view. Easy check-in and out. The Staff was very kind and helpfull, the breakfast was good enough. We got a flat tyre and the Host Philip came to help us. All together, I would come back next time.

Not very friendly staff, we were not informed where is the ski room, even not informed about the Winter card which could allow us cheaper cross country skiing tickets ( we found out only because of friends living in a different nearby apartments).Breakfast was very limited with no lactose free options and staff was not actively offering any extras like eggs.

I paid in advance over Booking.com. There is information "include taxes and fees" specialy "city tax". When I left the accomodation, I have to pay "city tax" 7€ again!
