Was not an issue for us, but I want to mention couple things to consider: Probably not possible to reach the place without car No shampoo or shower gel in bathroom, so need to bring it

This place was definitely a right choice for our anniversary trip We got a flat with fully equipped kitchen in a house on the top of the hill View from the balcony is just fantastic We met the host family and they were very nice and kind Room was very comfy, we had a good sleep, very quiet place Kitchen was very big and had all equipment for cooking. Shower was hot and powerful, we have literally nothing to complain about

We enjoyed especially very calm mountain location and the spectacular view of the lake and mountains from our room. The appartment was spacious, very clean and well equiped, especially the kitchen. Our kids appreciated donkeys and other animals. We had very nice time and can only recommend this place.

The appartment is very spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Tha bathroom is amazing and large. The host is very friendly, she gave us some useful recommendations. Reaching to the appartment with snow on the road might be difficult for some cars.

Amazing accommodating lovely owners, nice spacious apartment with separate bedrooms. Divine view of Zell am See and the lake. I would love to come back to this place. We didn't miss anything.

Although we haven't seen our host during our stay and we couldn't get breakfast here, we managed to do shopping for everything necessary from a nearby supermarket. The road to the house feels a little bit unsafe.

The apartment was big enough for a family with 2 kids. We had everything we needed in the room: two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a living-room and kitchen.The views towards Zell am See and the glacier were amazing. We've seen a sea of clouds above the lake, clear skies and also snowing on our last day.

Double deck bed is broken a little. So my kids were worried about its colleapse.

Alpenhof Grafleiten was great experience. It has a great view of lake Zell am See, the apartment was very spacious. We were happy to buy domestic products from owners which were great (eggs, marmelade, ham). We had car so we used the opportunity to travel around and took advantage of Sommer Karte to use cable cars to Schmittenhohe or Kitzsteinhorn free of charge and had snow in summer:) Recommended!

Missing only washing machine, but it's ok

Everything was just perfect.! The lake and mountain view is breathtaking. The apartment is well equipped, clean, cozy, and comfortable. Definitely will visit again. I highly recommend it 👌 We're thrilled, and we don't have any further requests to improve anything because it's exactly as desired.

The kitchen worktop space is very limited and there is only the minimum of dishes and utentils provided.

A lovely chalet in a beautiful quiet location with breathtaking views. Very cosy and warm apartment with comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water for showering. Being able to look out of the window and see the Kitzsteinhorn reflecting in the Zeller See was priceless.

Perfect for families, kids loved the bunk beds. The apartment was clean and cosy. As other mentioned, great view on lake and hills. Just few minutes by car to ski lifts and shops.
