The kitchenette is a bit small, and in the summer there are mosquitoes outside, which means that if you leave the door open without the net for a few minutes, you can expect a duel with a few mosquitoes...

The location is excellent, within reasonable distance from most attractions, and the price is fair compared to the area. They provide the SommerCard (summer card), which allows free entry to places like the Alpine Road and more. The place itself is beautiful and respectable, with a wonderful view from the balcony. It was clean and tidy, very quiet, and it was a pleasant stay.

Arrived from Cortina by bycicle quite tired and booked this place in a hurry. Was a very good choice. There are drinks that can be bought and in the morning there is a brot service with different kind of breads, croissants and pastries which made for a very good breakfast together with some butter and coffee. Also I could store the bike in the garage.

Everything was simply perfect. The hosts were extremely kind and welcoming. The owner spoke excellent English, which made everything much easier for us. They were warm, patient, and genuinely eager to help and make us feel comfortable. The rooms were great value for the price — clean, well-equipped, with spacious and newly renovated bathrooms. They gave us a discount card that granted us free entry to some very expensive attractions in the area. We ended up extending our stay by another night. Highly recommended!

Amazing property in Mitersill, would absolutely love to visit again! The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, and the facilites had a beautiful view of the mountains, great for a morning coffee! Martina was lovely in helping us check in, and the complementary passes for the national park were awesome!

There's a private sauna, what else is there to say?? 😀Well at least a few more things.. The apartment was very spacious, I remember us walking around and going "is this all ours??". The balcony was very large, nice place to relax and enjoy the amazing view.

A cute, small guest house with a wonderful view of the spectacular mountains, plus there is a breakfast room where you can have breakfast, prepare coffee or tea or your own food, even if you did not order breakfast, there is a beautiful sitting area in the garden with a view (even by the swing bench), pleasant village design of the guesthouse, clean, nice new bathroom

Our vacation is over. We had to go home.

Clean, cozy apartment with good Austrian design. Well-equipped kitchen , balcony with beautiful view of the Alps and the moon. Spacious bathroom with new sauna. Comfortable ventilated rooms with large windows. In the hotel was a small restaurant with tasty food. It possible buy food for apartment. Very roomy, comfortable and clean accomodation, we found there all we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. The staff was very assertive to support us. Comfortable parking and drying room. Perfect location to reach the Kitzbuhel ski region, the nearest first lift just 5 minutes drive. Mittersill itself offers all necessary facilities.

Everything was perfect. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The room has everything you need. Although the kitchen is pretty small, it's very well-equipped. There's also a private sauna which you can book for 3h which is really nice

One of the best places we have ever been to. The owners are very nice and friendly, our room was very cosy and also the sauna, bread service, coffee machine and the view were highly appreciated :) We would be happy to come again next time we will go skiing to this area.

Martina and Franz were friendly, helpful, and all around delightful! The location is fantastic, only 5-10 minutes from major ski lifts, where you can start your ski day, and keep hopping to other lifts from there.
