Everything was perfect

Rooms are great, comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and well equipped kitchen, we even got a free upgrade with the view over Bad Gastein. We also got fresh bread everyday.

Great location with beautiful view of the valley. Directly on the tourist route Salzburger Almenweg. Cozy restaurant with tasty food. Very friendly and helpful hosts.

Everything was just perfect, definitely going back! The view is incredible, delicious food (the best Kaiserschmarrn I have ever tried) and the hosts are the friendliest people.

The views were breath-taking. The owner offered to give us a room upgrade. We couldn't have asked for anything else! It was perfect and we felt so welcome. Would definitely come back!

What a wonderful stay! We stayed in one of the apartments. The entire building, including the rooms, is well-maintained. The apartment truly added great value to our stay in Bad Gastein. Besides the accommodation, the restaurant was excellent as well! We were always warmly welcomed and enjoyed delicious meals. Thank you!

The Landlady is very kind. She upgraded our booking for a few days, so we received a luxurious flat with a huge terrace, jacuzzi, sauna and a super comfortable bed. It was amazing!!! :D After a few days we moved into the appartment that we originally booked. That was also great, with a beautiful view to the mountains. We enjoyed it a lot! :)

Awesome location on top of the mountain. Breathtaking views of Bad Gastein is a lifetime experience. Super friendly, supportive owner and her husband. Also, they are very kind enough to provide fresh bread every morning for free. The small town is very near to the hotel where you can buy all the essentials. The apartment is very nice and clean, equipped with all the kitchenettes. Definitely we will come back for another holiday. ♥️

Everything was perfect! The room was modern and clean with the fascinating view of the mountains and the whole valley. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again!

Nothing. It was perfect!

The lodge is located above the ski base station and therefore has an amazing view over Bad Gastein and its ski resort. The apartment is spacious and comfy and even has a balcony. We were offered fresh bread from the bakery every morning and combined it with delicious local cheese you can buy from a fridge in the staircase.

Everything was better than advertised. The hosts are very helpful and first and foremost sweet, we got a very warm and home like welcome, and farewell, when we were leaving. We had some trouble with making it up the road with our car, when there was a lot of snowfall, so we were offered a ride up hill, as a help. That was a really nice gesture, and not expected at all from our side. I really like when the toilet and shower conditions are good. We had the thermosatic shower, and there was plenty of water pressure. The shower was big enough for 2 people. Really nicely made interior, high quality and good craftsmanship, plenty of room for 2 adults and a little child. Beautiful view over Bad Gastein valley and the lifts on the other side. We tried the restaurant for dinner, and it was great. I'd love til return here in the future. One of the best places we've been, and we've tried a lot on booking.com, and hotels all over europe.

You can drive up to the house on a pretty steep slope.
