One of the bed mattresses was a bit hard, but it was OK. But nothing else to complain about, only good things.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is superb. They were attentive and very helpful. We felt welcomed from the very beginning. The food was great. The restaurant staff in the mornings was absolutely nice, the bartender too, and the receptionist was extremely helpful in giving us tips on what to do in Nauders. Great team overall. Parking was not a problem at all, there were always free spots. The wellness area was superb, too, clean with lots of facilities. The skypool was really special. The internet was fast. The view of the surroundings is amazing, and the hotel is in the town's center, everything was very close.

The staff is professional, but lacks warmth — never that smile that would make the experience truly unforgettable. As for the food, it’s not a matter of quality or professionalism, which are both solid. The issue is the menu itself: rather flat and repetitive, with no real creativity. Over ten days, I would’ve expected at least a few themed evenings, like a barbecue night or pasta night, as I’ve seen in other hotels.

Spacious room for a family of four. The spa, with its rooftop pool and indoor pool on the ground floor, is a great way to relax at the end of the day. From the hotel, it’s a quick trip to the cable car to the Goldpark and the Resia pass, the starting point for a bike ride through the Venosta Valley.

Room temperature was low. The bathroom was warm enough but I am even not sure if the heating was running ever in the bedroom and living room. Especially after skiing all day, arriving in a cold room was terrible. Everyday I woke up with little throat pain because of the low temperature in the room. The water is cold as well in the skypool which has spectacular view. If it was 2C more, I could forget all other nagative things and rate the hotel for 10 points. You can’t make everything perfect at one hotel, but you can win hearts of people with some small things. The wellness area is open until 7pm but everyone comes from skiing after 4pm. That’s nonsense. The workers are not really happy If you go to wellness area after 6pm or to the breakfast area around 10am. Actually they usually don’t have a smile on their face. (except the reception who did our checkin and the lady in wellness area-with short hair and tattoos- who showed how to get to the skypool. They were lovely)

Our room was very nice, super clean and spacious. The living room made our stay more comfortable. I liked the style of the hotel in general. It was a cool hotel. Location couldn’t be better. You can just take a shuttle one step after the hotel to go to the ski resort and it takes only a few minutes to arrive. Breakfast was good enough, wellness facilities and skypool are satisfying. There are enough parking lots. You can use a skidepot for free of charge.

The room was heated using traditional radiators. While it was warm enough, the air wasn't circulating, and the toilet fan wasn't good enough. Since the area is freezing in winter times, opening a window is not a good option.

Nothing really, maybe the sky pool could have been a bit warmer, but since it was very cold and snowy, so I don´t blame the temperature being cold.

Great hotel, with kind staff. The food is exceptional. I recommend the fine & dine experience. You can choose between many dishes every evening and enjoy a dish more than one time if you would like to, also the buffet is great.

You can tell the rooms are from a previous generation from the hotel. The interior and closets are quite old, historic tiles in bathroom are over-painted. Overall, the rooms do not fit the perception and expectations of the rest of the hotel.

Pillows are a pain. You have to fold it in order to get some sleep. I would expect more from the hotel of this quality.

Great hotel and wellness center, beautiful area with plenty of hiking routes, restaurants, shops and facilities reachable by foot. Awesome breakfasts, bar and friendly helpful staff.
