Beds are very good, shower a bit small but good hot water, room with balcony and chairs. Breakfast very good with friendly staff who speak a lot of languages. Motel is in the middle of the township with many walkways. We are coming back here in 20 days.

Nothing, except on hot days there is no air conditioner but sitting outside is nice and cool.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, with a cozy and comfortable bedroom. Breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant opens for dinner, offering a super nice and fancy experience. The location is very convenient, close to a lovely beginner's slope and plenty of public transport options. Additionally, the hotel has a spa facility with some saunas, providing a nice place to relax after a day on the slopes, and offers good space to keep your ski equipment safe and well-maintained. Overall, I'd highly recommend the place!

The shower was a bit small.

Best restaurant and bar in town, cozy rooms, lovely reception area. Overall amazing facilities. Lady at the reception was extremely helpful, so was Richie from the fireplace area. Bar crew extremely friendly.

Lack of pool/ice bath , very noisy rooms (kids and dogs making noises all night long) drainage problem in the shower didn’t work, blackout of lights. Restaurant/breakfast staff stressed and incompetent.

Amazing location and the service was outstanding! We travelled with our dog and it was no issue at all, the staff was very accommodating. When we arrived, one of the staff members said that the spa area is humble, but there were multiple saunas and a steam room, so more than enough for us. Breakfast was lovely as well. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing staff, very friendly and accommodating. The food was exceptionally great and the atmosphere was perfect.

Centrally located, so there was a lot of noise as people were leaving the bars in the middle of the night.

Location is as good as it gets at the heart of small Kirchberg, 6 minute (level) walk from train, ski bus stop in front, and hotel bar is "the" apres ski spot. Several restaurants, bars, ski rentals within a block. Hotel is beautiful, rooms large and comfortable. Beds and bedding are luxurious...like sleeping on a cloud. Kirchberg is better choice than Kitzbuhel as more walkable, better lift access, and quieter. Kitzbuhel and other nearby towns are minutes away by train on free pass from hotels. Would stay at Hotel Alexander again. (Pic of steeple is from room deck)

Breakfast was adequate but not as good as others. But everything else more than made up for it.

Breakfast and the wellness area are nice, and from the staff almost everyone was friendly and helpful. you can buy ski tickets at the reception.

There was one person who seemed super nice but did not understand a thing, not in German, nor in English. The first room we got had broken shades and a broken lock on the terrace door, hence there was a huge gap in the door it was freezing cold inside, and noone knew about it, they checked us in like this. Then we got another room that was ok. Parking is outside on the street, 50-100m from the entrance. Bit overpriced considering the poor condition of furniture and windows.

The room was clean and quiet.

The reception staff lacked the necessary skills to manage the hotel effectively. We requested a ski map, a basic necessity for a ski resort, and they were unaware of its existence. Similarly, asking for herbal tea instead of black tea left them clueless about the location of the tea bags in the hotel. We tried to arrange an early checkout but found the staff unprepared to assist without additional support. Considering the high cost of 500 euros per night for a supposed 4-star establishment, the level of service and competence fell significantly short. Our soap dispenser remained empty for consecutive days without any attention. When seeking assistance with a restaurant reservation, we were directed to handle it ourselves. The lack of information regarding ski storage, discovered by chance, was disappointing. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable absence of assistance from the staff in carrying our luggage. Overall, the service provided barely reached the standard of a 2-star hotel, if one was fortunate
