The only drawback was the bunk bed, which was not suitable for our sons, who are now teenagers, but it would be great for smaller children.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and met our expectations. It had everything we needed for a few days or even longer. It was close to everything :) We highly recommend it. The host was beneficial.

Very nice accomodation in a good location for a good price. Baden is overall a nice small city where you can feel safe and there is a lot to look at. Horst (the host) is friendly and welcoming. The occupancy of apartments was low, so we had peace and quiet. Apartment was comfortable with smart layout. Parking in the streets is sufficient, and on weekdays it is free also right in front of the building. We travelled with a toddler and it was not a problem. If we ever return to Baden, we know where to go.

Superb apartment which met our needs perfectly. Baden is a great town not far from Vienna. Good, regular train links and station is only ten minute walk from apartment. The apartment was cosy and I think it is a good sign when you are looking forward to getting back to it when you have spent the day in the freezing cold!! Horst was an excellent host and met us on our arrival, providing us with good local information about the area and what to do in Vienna. He also recommended visiting the Weinbau (wineries that serve food and wine at certain times of the year). We went to one nearby and it was excellent. So good to be part of this local tradition. Horst also left us small pigs and chocolates (an Austrian New Year tradition) - very kind and thoughtful. Would highly recommend this property and location.

No tv it didn't work. Tried contacting owner via booking.com twice but didn't succeed. Email kept coming ing back. Towels need upgrading badly and cutlery and glasses needs upgrading too.

A perfect location if you want to visit Vienna and its surroundings. The apartments are large, very clean, equipped with everything you need. Free parking 2 steps away, charging station for electric cars. Big garden, pleasant atmosphere. Hosts always available to customers. Baden is a chic town, you feel permanently safe, shops, wineries

Everything was good.

The apartment was clean and it had everything needed to make you feel at home with all the basics to cook and clean. We especially enjoyed the front yard. It's a walking distance from the main train station and to the centre of town even though in the map it might look a bit far.

The only thing this place is missing is a washing machine! Everything else was there.

We were very happy with our stay at Albizia. Our apartment was Christa, located on the ground floor. Everything in that apartment was spotless. The appliances were great, with an induction stove and a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and the location was very quiet.
