The car park was full, we’ve been sent to the public one, paid for it on app and still got the parking ticket, hotel staff wasn’t interested in helping to resolve the issue.

The location was great, the view from the balcony was beautiful. Pool and gym were great Coffee machine in the room was very good addition Beautifully presented breakfast Comfortable beds, even the sofa bed for kids.

In the summer the swimming area can sometimes be noisy. Limited parking places but alternative proposed with public parking.

Nice room - a little smaller than imagined. Location is a few minutes walk from the center of Seefeld. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Staff is friendly.

There wasn’t fan so the air can flow through the room. Also, the parking is limited and so tight and needed an earlier reservation which was my mistake unfortunately. On the other hand, there is parking area so close to the hotel. Finally and the most important thing is that should be a sign or something to show the car entrance because it took me 15 minutes to find it.

The room was super comfortable. One of the best rooms I have been to. With this amazing room I really enjoyed my time there. It is also very close to the center. The receptionist Liam as I recall was very helpful, he helped me with everything I needed and made my stay so much easier. Pre arrival check in is the best, it saved me so much time.

There were a lot of rooms but hardly any parking spots. I think a lot of people travel here by car but parking had to be at train station. Room and shower was a bit small. Price for one night and dinner in our opinion were too expensive for what you get.

Location is good, just outside of the center of Seefeld with nice views on the mountains. From the (shared) balcony we had a nice view over the town. Bed was amazing! Very comfy.

The breakfast manager; not sure what the deal was but his seating plan did not take into account we were a group of five. Day one, we were seated in the back at a table for five, day two and three we were placed in different areas up front at tables for four (with a fifth place setting added). Was weird since the table we used on day one was unoccupied. When asked about the change, he told us this table will be fine. His attitude was enough to turn the family off of this place.

Location; facilities. Seefeld is a beautiful town.

Personal was not really the most friendly. Underwhelming. Except the reception desk, they were good, but restaurant and bar were deceiving.

Too hot in the rooms and no maid service

Hotel very comfortable, but didn't appear to have a regular maid service. Some staff friendly, but some not very professional around service.

The Lounge bar at night was virtually empty with no atmosphere.

Dinner and breakfast was excellent and the hotel was very close to the Town centre, Ski bus stop 100m from hotel.

the cheapest rooms are extremely small, basically around 40 sm to walk around very high bed, in the Booking it's written more sqm than it is in real, room probably around 15 sqm max with bathroom. the stuff are good people but not professional, especially to compare with other hotels in Seefeld, in the spa almost always only dirty cups and no towels, for not long opening hours should be better. bar is not working during the day which is annoying that you always need to check what and when is working. Main course during the dinner was restaurant quality the rest in the buffet was almost the same all week, except Sunday. As they ask do we need cleaning every day or not, we said that we don't need every day cleaning but can we have dirty towels daily replaced and that didn't happen every day.
