We had a truly wonderful stay at Zugspitz resort. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the amazing staff. The entire hotel is clearly designed with families in mind – everything was spotless, modern, and perfectly maintained. There were plenty of activities for the kids, all thoughtfully planned and well-structured. Our children absolutely loved every moment and are already asking when we can go back! The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. It really made us feel at home. The surroundings were peaceful and stunning – beautiful views and a strong connection to nature added to the relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the food – everything was delicious. You could really feel the care and attention to detail in every part of the experience. This is truly a special place, where families are genuinely cared for and kids are treated with such love and attention. We loved our experience and can’t wait to return!

The room where we stayed is a bit out dated, when I came here 25 years ago was all the same. Toilet is smelling urine, in the kitchen are only few glasses and tableware also same 2-3 items from all. A bathtub to take shower in is old fashioned, why not a walk in shower?

The location is fantastic, service is fantastic, food is fantastic, facilities are fantastic, all the people who are working here at fantastic.

While the breakfast buffet was excellent, the dinner buffet was fine but not top standard. Also I was quite surprised that soft drinks were charged on top. Also, I would have appreciated better touristic information from the front desk. They were friendly and polite but didn’t seem to know that much about the activities in the area.

Great hotel with amazing facilities for families with children up to and including pre-teens. The water park is excellent. The view of the mountains is beautiful and there’s loads of activities to do in the area such as hiking, mountain karting, cycling, mountain slide plus endless natural beauty.

Please be careful with your kids when staying here, their safety isnt guaranteed with the staff although claiming to be a childfriendly hotel.

What began as a nice holiday, ended in an traumatic experience. A staff member of the kids club named Daniela attempted assault on our 3 year old son due not speaking German and so didnt understand what the woman was saying in German as he speaks English and Dutch. Although making notification with the management and trying to come to an solution, none of them showed any care or to solve this in a proper way.

I booked for a mountain view room but the view is not nice at all! I can see the rooftop of the other building in front. Im not sure why this is considered as a mountain view room and is charged as such.

We were very disapointed in the dinner. We paid over 500euro per night and when we went for dinner the waiter told us we are very sorry but there are very few people in the hotel and we did not do buffet and she told us take a meal from the menu. We did that and ordered some meat with fries and meat was round and not bigger than 2x2euro next to each other and also no fries with them its a big shame for the money we paid. before we came there we went in a 2 others hotels 1 in innsbruck and 1 in nurenberg we had plenty to eat in the buffet and the price for the hotel it was less the half of yours. Hope that you do somthing for us as we are very disapointed :(

The hotel was amazing we liked everything in it the rooms are very nice the room views are awsome the pools and slides are amazing and the staff were very nice with us the only thing we were disapointed was the food :(
