How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Quite over-priced in my opinion.
Very convenient for a sleepover while having a connection in the Vienna airport. Room was quite comfortable and clean. Staff was nice and polite. Basic and pleasant.

No food served in the hotel (on a Friday afternoon/evening) except sandwiches. Not sure if this is a normal situation or if there was an issue. They did help us order in pizza though
Very clean and comfortable and well placed for the airport. They let us check in early and there was plenty of space in the car park when we checked in.

A bit overpriced for what it is. Our room was quite small for a family of 4. The walls are quite thin. We could hear people in neighbouring rooms late into the night.
Conveniently located. 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport (€26). The hotel offers a paid shuttle service from the hotel to the airport.

One special highlight was that it happened to be my little boy’s birthday, and the lady at reception kindly gave him a bag of sweets and wished him a happy birthday. That thoughtful gesture really made our stay more memorable. Overall, a mixed experience — a few things could be improved, but the warm hospitality was much appreciated.

There was only a limited choice of Food at the Bar, but it was a Sunday evening and the Food available was more than adequate. The Tissues in the Bathroom ran out as there was not a full box when we arrived.
It was very suitable for what we required, which was a Hotel fairly close to the Airport to enable us to catch our early morning Flights. There was also a Shuttle Transfer to the Airport which was very reasonable.

We were travelling by car from North Macedonia to Belgium, and we decided to rest at LifeHotel as the location of the hotel is perfect for short stays. It is located right next to the highway. The hotel was very comfy and clean.

Small room for two adults and two children and the shower was small
The hotel is close to the airport and we needed a place to sleep after a late night landing and in that sense it was just fine. Good breakfast

Breakfast room by far too small for the size of hotel, we did not find space at 7:30. The breakfast choice is fine, but the quality is average, nothing special. Not recommended for several days of tourism. In the room we heard water noises from pipes the whole night which was disturbing. Walls and door very thin and let noise in.
Close to airport, ideal for one night stay for a flight. Staff very engaged during breakfast and refilled very fast at high peak time. Air condition in the room. Mosquito net at window. Expensive but in comparison to other airport hotels in the area at average price level. Free parking. A family room for four people is ideal with two kids. Maybe I would stay there again considering all pros and cons.

Well situated a short card drive from Vienna airport. Friendly staff. Clean room. Good value for money vs other airport hotels. Was a good solution for a family that arrived at night and did not want to drive far.

The hotel is almost in the middle of nowhere, so you have to take transportation to everything. There is limited access to food after breakfast, specially on Sundays. The hotel doesn’t have anything and almost everything is closed in Vienna on sundays.
The hotel is super for the money. It’s clean and the staff is super. Really good breakfast! Our connecting flight home from Vienna was cancelled, so we were staying in the city out of free will.

The restaurant-café was closed for dinner. They could only offer you a tea or a simple alcohol drink but the service was very poor.
