If anything, the furniture in the living room was not all that comfortable.

Modern apartment. Comfortable beds. We had the all inclusive, it was very good. Nice, very friendly staff. Great amenities (Pool, Sauna, Gym). We had a great time.

Maybe some food service at the drink bar level should be extended, there is a sushi offer till sunday to tuesday, but in other days you need to visit fourth floor, the restaurant and the grill bar. The other thing, at the gym there were two treadmills, both broken. But there is always option to run outside

I forgot i have a car. We had in a winter time, the cable car is round the corner, Spar is more or less half kilometers by foot, there is a pool, souna in the hotel

Brilliant stay with 4 friends for a long weekend snowboarding. The resort is very close to the Reiterkogel lift and close to the GoasStall for Apres Ski. Room was very good - the fold down double bed was a proper bed - not a sofa bed, which was a huge bonus. Kitchen was well equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso commercial coffee machine - tabs can be bought from reception.

Nothing, it was the best week of our lives. Everything was amazing!

We loved Adler - everything exceeded our expectation. The food was incredible. A wide variety of deliciously cooked and healthy food. We always looked forward to every single meal. The sauna, steam room and indoor pool was also fantastic. Our room was also perfect.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Very strange, but there wasn’t a kettle 🤷‍♂️. The toilet and the bathroom are too microscopic. They are for small kids. The all inclusive food isn’t good every day. Just one day from 5 was good. In the salad we’ve noticed the long hair and they excused, but they had to not to charge us the dinner at least.

Location is perfect. The SPA is great.

The hotel isn’t close to the area of the ski schools. The shuttle is provided by the hotel in the morning and in the afternoon. But if classes end at 12h30, there is no shuttle unfortunately… I expected to eat strudel but there was never any during the week…

We had a nice view over the village from our living room. The appartement was clean and sufficiently well equipped.

It was just boiling and the pool area is extremely small (as they all are in the area). It meant that on the hot afternoons we were stuck with what to do with the kids. The crèche area is great but again it felt even hotter than outside because of the big windows so it was like a sauna. The building is designed to retain heat and it was about 28 degrees all week and our room was unbearably hot almost every night and the staff did not change our bedding at all. Our party of 9 found the food extremely salty and I found it unsafe for my 2 young children. I fed this back to management who took this well. The food salt did not change (in our opinion) but they were accommodating when we asked for steamed vegetables and we think that they may have put out some unsalted vegetables in the kids section after this for general consumption. We would definitely come back to the hotel but not in august.

The staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly. It’s close to the town and the cable car which we used to go on amazing hikes. There is a food buffet spread at breakfast and dinner albeit it salty food (see below). When we asked for fresh cooked plain veggies for the kids the staff provided this no problem. We had a comfort one bedroom suite and there was a little broom cupboard easily big enough for the cot so that was great. The fresh juicing machine at breakfast was my favourite part of the food experience. Greek night on Friday was the best food.
