There were only two small downsides. The service, particularly during dinner, wasn’t always very guest-friendly – sometimes it took quite a while before anyone came to take our order. Also, no drinks (not even water) were included with the dinner as part of the half-board, which felt a bit inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent – a great variety and everything fresh and tasty. The half-board dinner was also delicious and well prepared each evening. What truly stood out was the amazing wellness area. I especially appreciated the daily sauna rituals, which took place every day at 5 and 6 p.m. – a perfect way to relax and unwind.

One area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was decent overall, the variety could have been better. Surprisingly, there were no sausages offered, which we would typically expect. The selection felt a bit limited. Also, it wasn’t clear at all that guests could order specific items - there was no menu provided, nor any staff explaining the options. It would be much better if this information was clearly communicated at the entrance or if a small menu was available on the tables.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a family of four (two adults, two children) plus our little dog. The rooms were absolutely fantastic - very spacious, essentially two full rooms, with a private sauna and a large balcony offering beautiful views. Everything was clean, stylish, and comfortable. It was simply a pleasure to spend time in the room. A big thank you to the hotel staff for such a great experience! The pools were also excellent - there were two of them, one indoor and one outdoor. The indoor pool was quite large and, most importantly, the water was warm, which is not always the case in hotels. It made swimming very enjoyable and relaxing.

A great place. We rented a family suite, which is really a 2 bedroom with bunk beds for the children. Very good breakfast with a good selection of everything (be sure to come early though). The coolest was the pool and kids zone inside the facility. Kids went to the latter alone and we could have some peace))

My room was far too hot. I turned the heating down as low as it would go, but I still had to open the door to the balcony during the night. Perhaps this was because my room was above the wellness area.

The position right on the slopes and right next to 2 gondola’s could not be any better. Amazing view of the slopes from the restaurant and my room. The wellness area is lovely, and really great that it is open until quite late in the evening.

The only pity was closed kids playroom during whole our 10-day stay. Also, we would appreciate a laundry/washing machine at the property. But all the positives highly exceeded those details.

Spacious and perfectly equipped room, absolutely great breakfasts, helpful and friendly staff. Our stay was superb in every aspect. Highly recommend.
