BrazilRoom is spacious but bathroom is small and definitely needs an update. Fits a person with normal build. To shower you have to stand in a bathtub first. The space to shower is too small and dangerous that you can slip while getting out.
The shuttle bus to the slopes is great. Dinner was delicious and also that after returning from the slopes at 16.00 we could enjoy small snacks. The spa was wonderful. We had a amazing time.

PortugalMy room had some kind off new heating system, which could only be controlled centrally and it was really hot for the fist 2 nights, forcing me to sleep with an open window... the transfer system to the main ski stations, should be a bit more flexible, specially running until 5pm
The decor in the room, dinning area are very cool, the spa is amazing. I also enjoyed the free snac wwhen returning from the slopes and overall the food was great.

We were an Australian family looking for a white Xmas in Austria and were not disappointed. We were extremely happy with the overall package, good food ( we had half board), staff ( special mention to Anna who served us and Doris and Greta on Reception who were all great) The gym and Spa were very good.
