Reviews of A Casa Saphir Appartement-Hotel

Its a nice big & airy apartment with great views and multiple balconies. Each room had its own bathroom, I would have loved a tub in on e of the rooms, since smaller kids don't like showers. The beds were very comfortable and enough pillows and blankets for all. I also liked the location, its excluded from the main area of the town and a few minute walk to a waterfall

Didn't realize that there are 4 apartment per floor, some neighbors were bothered by our kids noise.

Beautifull location.

We missed the view of the mountains a bit, we stayed in Saphir Top 1 where we saw against a concrete wall. A few extra things in the appartement like a wash rack to hang up towls outside, maybe a broom the clean out a bit sometimes would be nice. And a table and chairs outside to eat outside would be a plus to. For the rest we really enjoyed the appartement.

Great value for money

Heating in the room was a bit confusing, wifi is unstable if you are in the other room, check in was dislocated from room

Generally loved the area and skiiing was fantastic the accomodation was very clean and everything we we expected and could ask for !!

Bit of a pain thet reception was in town centre and appartment was on the outskirts which meant checking in was a car ride away, however very well served bus service every 10 mins

- within 10 mins walk to the ski bus - with a small steam room, a small sauna room and a small pool - clean facilities and apartment - well equipped ski storage room for drying ski and boots - friendly and helpful staff - fresh bread ordering services provided for morning to pickup at hotel - within 10 mins walk to the grocery store - kitchen equipped

- checkin counter is in the town which is 10 mins ski bus away, might be a hassle to checkin if not driving - small pool

The apartment was a good size, nice with 3 bedrooms. Pretty clean and a nice modern bathroom.

Staff is not friendly, absolutely no customer service, Talk rude to you. It is like they don't want you in the hotel and can't wait for you to leave.

Great location, bus stop is close Sauna, pool and wellness is great Big size apartman Fully equipped kitchen Supermarket is 500m away

Nice clean apartment

No bedding for the 2nd bed. On the day of checkout which was stated as 10am, I was woken by a knock on the door followed by self entry of the cleaning staff!!! They came back another twice before 9.30 - unacceptable

We stayed at room 9. The view was amazing. The terrace great for my daughter. The apartment really modern, it has everything you need and really big.

Everything was amazing!

Very clean and easy to access, a little bit out of town so it was quiet, sauna and pool were great and used a lot by the kids and teenagers

Key pick up was in town so we had to go out of our way and turn back to go to the hotel. Apartment hotel was not accessible by bus. 400 meter walk to the bus stop, coming home and walking up the hill to get to the hotel was difficult.

Comfortable, well occupied with everything that you can need, beautiful view from terrace.

Out of the season there was no open restaurants near by.
