Didn't realize that there are 4 apartment per floor, some neighbors were bothered by our kids noise.

Its a nice big & airy apartment with great views and multiple balconies. Each room had its own bathroom, I would have loved a tub in on e of the rooms, since smaller kids don't like showers. The beds were very comfortable and enough pillows and blankets for all. I also liked the location, its excluded from the main area of the town and a few minute walk to a waterfall

We missed the view of the mountains a bit, we stayed in Saphir Top 1 where we saw against a concrete wall. A few extra things in the appartement like a wash rack to hang up towls outside, maybe a broom the clean out a bit sometimes would be nice. And a table and chairs outside to eat outside would be a plus to. For the rest we really enjoyed the appartement.

Bit of a pain thet reception was in town centre and appartment was on the outskirts which meant checking in was a car ride away, however very well served bus service every 10 mins

Generally loved the area and skiiing was fantastic the accomodation was very clean and everything we we expected and could ask for !!

For check in we needed to drive to nearby Solden to take the key, pool is small and cold. No washing machine (they offer an expensive laundry service instead)

Amazing views in this quiet little village near Solden. Waking up there was like a dream. We had a huge apartment with a well equipped kitchen.

no A/C remote, even though the weather was a little hot. It is a little far from town, personally the bed I slept on was not comfortable.

In an amazing setting, it looks like a picture. Small pool that the kids liked. Room was large and nice. Supermarket in walking distance with cafe with coffee and other items. The kids had fun in the pool room. Washing service is 20 euro is pricey, as there is no else nearby.

There was no housekeeping, for a couple days stay it would be better if someone at least picked up garbage or if there was an instruction where to put it. Also, it would be nice if in sauna there was extra clean towels.

The possiblity of orderning of bread was very nice unfortualntelly the bread was not very fresh and we had to call the reception where should we pick up. If the information was in the email confirmation, would be better.

it was a bit far from the city centre; the garage wasn t high enough ( if you have a suv, you can park only outside); they had a really nice service with fresh bread, but unfortunately they decided to deliver it, in a wood box, outside…. so the bread has cooled and hardened

Staff is not friendly, absolutely no customer service, Talk rude to you. It is like they don't want you in the hotel and can't wait for you to leave.

No bedding for the 2nd bed. On the day of checkout which was stated as 10am, I was woken by a knock on the door followed by self entry of the cleaning staff!!! They came back another twice before 9.30 - unacceptable

Key pick up was in town so we had to go out of our way and turn back to go to the hotel. Apartment hotel was not accessible by bus. 400 meter walk to the bus stop, coming home and walking up the hill to get to the hotel was difficult.

Very clean and easy to access, a little bit out of town so it was quiet, sauna and pool were great and used a lot by the kids and teenagers

No bar at the place as promised. No playground as promised. False advertising!! Floor heating was running at full power and could not be turned off, so it was very very hot the first 2 nights. Very small refrigerator to keep food for 8 people. The apartment is placed 20 meters from a cow shed, so there was flies all over the place, inside and outside. Disgusting! We got one electronic fly killer and it only took out 10 flies in 6 days. There were hundreds flying around! You need to pay Ekstra for clean towels. Buy your own toilet paper and by your own soap to was hands after toilet visit. So not so much a HOTEL apartment… Be aware that dogs are allowed at the place and they bark at 4 o’clock in the morning. There is no reception at Casa Saphir. It is only in Solden. 2 out of 3 keycards did not work, so we could not enter the apartment for 2 hours, until the right keycard arrived.

At the site is written that this accommodation is less than 500 meters from the center but when we arrived at the address that was in our reservation they gave us another address where is our apartment and it was 2 kilometers from the center. The heating wasn't working properly so it was cold in the apartment and we waited for 2 days for someone to fix it. They are offering bread service to apartment so we ordered bread via them but we didn't get it. Nobody was there from the staff during our whole stay. The worst thing is that they charged our credit card without permission for no reason even though we paid on check in our full stay, cleaning service, and accommodation tax. We are traveling a lot and we never had this experience where somebody can use our credit card for no reason, this is unacceptable!!! Definitely, we don't recommend this accommodation to anyone!
