The hostel is a bit far from the city center, but it's close to the train station and a flat walk to the city center. The room was quite spacious and clean, but there's room for improvement (especially the bathroom).

The rooms need some improvements (such as air conditioning, as the fan placed in the room was insufficient to cool the room and it is not possible to open the windows), and more care is needed in cleaning the bathrooms (the toilet had no soap and there was dirt in the shower).

It’s in a good location and most of the staff are nice, the bunk beds are not the army style ones..

I was first checked into a room where my bed was already taken, then the charger was broken in the next room. The housekeeping guys came in and stripped all the beds even tho we weren’t all checking out and some of our things were missing. There are no lockers and no lock on the bag storage room either so you just have to pray no one steals your things… also super hot in the room and really loud from some sort of factory behind the building. Amongst other things but overall was quite an annoying stay. There were also 2 sick people checked into the room spreading their cold which was super annoying. The first time I stayed here was much nicer…

Very friendly staff. Safe place where I could store my e-bike for a night. Comfortable beds. A very good place if your are on a trip down south.

There could be more electrical sockets in the room. One per bed.

The room was very small, the hotel is located right next to a busy road, and there was mold in the shower.

The accommodation is close to the train station but the google maps are misleading. So if you boom this be careful especially if you don't knkw Graz at all. The internet connection was fast. The room was big enough. It was relatively clean. The sheets smelled and looked clean.

It was a bit weird to use a self check in via some bar code especially when a person was standing behind the desk. If you don't have a smart phone you aren't able to check in. The scanning of passport didn't work and it was really hard to check in especially when being tired after a long day of travelling. The guy didn't help at all as he didn't care and it took us a few minutes to succeed! The elevator was too slow and dirty, the walls in the room were dirty as well, the floor was partially broken too. A small TV was on the wall on the corner close to a window and impossible to use. It was pretty hot outside as well as inside and we got a small air conditioning for using that somewhat worked, but to get some decent sleep was almost impossible. We got only two towels and had to use it for drying our hands as well as our bodies and hair. The pillow was too soft and another one wasn't available. When we checked out the lady at the reception didn't care much which makes you wonder why she is even working there. Above all next time I'd rather pay more and book elsewhere.

It's relatively cheap at an individual level (although expensive if you're paying for a 4-person room) and very convenient for all forms of public transport. Has (expensive) laundry facilities and a well-equipped guest kitchen. The staff are polite and friendly when they might eventually be available to you.

Bar service: Yes, it does exist; If you're lucky and there at the right time, when there aren't many other guests in the bar, there might eventually be a staff member available to serve you a drink, although if anybody's trying to check in at the same time forget it and go into town instead... No air conditioning. Very hot in early July, even with the windows open, although they will lend you a fan for your room.

They don't accept cash, online credit card. Additionally, our beds weren't made.
