Even though they have an underground parking, it costs 9.50 EUR per night so just consider this while booking

This is a very nice and freshly renovated hotel, rooms are not too big, not too small, perfect to stay for one night, even for two. Very clear, beds are super comfortable, with the car this place is easy to reach. Just a nice and fresh European-style hotel, I would recommend booking it since the ration price-service-location is ok.

Nothing, hotel underground parking looked good but our vehicle was over 2.10 metres so we couldn’t use it. Staff helped with sorting overnight parking in the supermarket car park. (There was a €9.50 fee for 24 hours though.)

Close to the train station into Innsbruck and only 10 mins on the train. Super helpful staff. Clean and modern feeling hotel. Felt safe.

There was no shower door, and the whole bathroom (including the toilet) got slightly flooded when taking a shower

after 8pm, no staff will attend you. I encountered room key card problem, but I can't find any staff can help. Finally I found a notice asking me to call an emergency number. If my phone do not have roaming service, I definitely cannot find the help

The hotel located out skirt of Innsbruck, u need a car to access to the city, There are many supermarket around the hotel. Room is new and clean. Breakfast is very nice, but a bit salty to me

The only downside was that we couldn't turn the AC off completely which I prefer to do as I'm a little sensitive to it, but I'm sure the hotel staff would have helped us with it if we didn't come back after the reception was closed :)

Very clean, quiet and spacious room, with a nice view. Check-in and check-out was very easy, we didn't have breakfast but had a coffee in the morning which was well priced and really good!

No fridge nor water boiler in the room. The floor is big and long and they put us in the furthest room from the elevator which took a long time to walk.

Easy self-checkin. Supermarket downstairs. Room is modern and comfortable. Need to pay extra for the parking but I appreciate that you could just leave the door key at the driveway exit.

By hotel is some garbage container parking. Those noises are quite loud. If you want to wake up around 5 in the morning, then stay here. Also there is bus parking field, where bus drivers like to make parties. So it quite interesting stay.

For breakfast they should have some appliances to heat up the bakery and a few more variety of foods specially for asian people's.

I like the staff and their proactive communication with us . As I was very late to hop inside the hotel but they provide all the required information which helps us to hop in without any issue
